I've used this salon for different services (i.e., massage, facial, and hair) and it has officially become my favorite spot for self-care. I appreciate how convenient the salon is with their wide range of high quality services, ease of online booking with specific employees, and no hassle parking. Booked an appointment with these guys. The lady was so rough on both of us, that we were sore for days. We told her numerous times telling her that she hurting us, but she didn't understand me so it continued. Finally my husband got up and said he was done. I still had 30 minutes left, she said she was done before my time was up, so neither of us used 60 minutes completely. She must of had allergies or a cold because she was sniffing loud and blowing her nose constantly. It was really unpleasant. read more

This review is for the massages only! The ladies at the front desk were super helpful upon arrival, and were also helpful when I was scheduling my appointment! The inside is nice and clean and kept at a nice temperature. I booked a 60 minute prenatal massage and my entire experience was meh for a few reasons. First, I've never received a massage where you weren't offered a complimentary robe and given a dressing room to get ready in. Instead I just stripped down in the room, which wasn't a huge deal but it was odd to me. I wanted to test out the massage bed with the hole in the middle or using the pillow, and I felt as if the masseuse was a little irritated with me. However, I don't believe it's fair to assume how she was feeling since I'll truly never know. I asked the masseuse twice to lighten the pressure and she did both times which I appreciated. I also asked her to slow down because her hands were moving super fast unlike other massages I've received where it's calm and slow. Again, she slowed down so I appreciated her ability to adhere to my preferences! The rest of the massage went accordingly! My biggest complaint was after the massage. I was SOOOOO oily. It was as if someone rubbed 5 pounds of cocoa butter all over my body. I wasn't offered a towel to wipe myself down. The only thing in the room were tissues and those didn't help much. Normally you're offered a wet towel or access to the showers to clean yourself off before getting dressed but I wasn't offered anything. I walked out of there like a grease ball and I had to immediately shower when I got home. I took pictures of the interior of my vehicle because it was SO bad and the pictures honestly don't do it justice. Seriously- I had to lay a blanket down in my seat because I was so greasy, and the photos are AFTER I laid the blanket down. It's hard to tell in the photos since my interior is black but MAN I don't think I would go back to this location. read more

I've had many different visits here and the service is amazing. Ashley has taken great care of my skin! Up until recently, I was seeing her once or twice a month for a hydrafacial, dermaplane, and a few other facials on the menu. She always pays close attention to detail! I've booked several massage appointments here over the past few years, and no matter which package or service I've selected I receive nothing but excellent service. No matter what you've been doing before you enter the spa, you're instantly greeted with a tranquil atmosphere that makes you want to put your phone down and clear your mind for a few moments. I wish I could recall every masseuse I've worked with because they've all been great; however today I was paired Mindie she was extremely friendly, and was very close attention to areas I had the most tension. There are so many packages, and services not listed on the website so make sure you arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment just in case you want to add services to your appointment. I made an appointment on Friday to get an hour long deep tissue massage and the earliest they could get me in was today. This spa is located in downtown Broken Arrow and is in the middle of a longer building facing the road. They don't have a lot of parking but fortunately when I got there today I was able to grab a spot by the front door. As soon as you walk in it's like a mini beauty store, they have lots of products all around for purchase. Bath robes, bath products, skin care, makeup and hair products to name a few. I checked in at the front desk and the lady took me to the back to wait in the relaxation room until my appointment time. As we walked to the back we passed by an open salon room where they also do hair services. We got towards the back and my guide asked me if I would like a plain water or a berry water while I waited. I opted for the berry. She came back with my water, which was really good, and told me someone would come get me when it was my time. The relaxation room is pretty nice. There is a nice cushy sofa and several oversized chairs in the room. The room has soft spa music playing, it's dimly lit to get you in that relaxing mood and a board that trickles water in the corner. The salt lamps help to enhance your sense of serenity. I barely closed my eyes and almost nodded off so I got up and started exploring to take more pictures. There are several hallways with lots of treatment rooms for different things. I saw a room where they do facials and a room that had a large plastic enclosed tub. I opened the top of the tub up and underneath it water started moving around like a jet tub. I'm assuming that's where they do their water treatments. The bathroom, one person only, was nice and clean and it had several lockers that you can use to lock your personal items in. I'm assuming those are for the people who are there doing one of the spa treatment packages they offer that are longer then an hour. By the time I got done being nosey a lady came and got me and took me back to my massage room. The room was dimly lit and I was glad to feel that the massage table was heated!! My massage was really good and the lady who worked on me took the time to get to all my problem areas. It was enjoyable and relaxing and I definitely didn't feel the kinks that were in my neck and shoulders all weekend long afterwards. Stone Creek Spa is a really nice place and they have so many things to offer. Just make sure to make an appointment ahead of time. Today was my first visit to Berkshire on Main for a deep tissue massage. I had the time mixed up and showed up much earlier. Everyone was very friendly and they offered to take me back in about 15 minutes and fit me in to that time slot. I agreed. Very comfortable 'relaxation' room. I have had extreme back pain that goes down the back of my legs. I visited another massage before I knew of Berkshire. The first place didn't help me at all. However, Berkshire set me up with Chelsea and she is a dream come true!! She gave me a deep tissue massage and boy did it work wonders. She's very professional, very friendly and is very intelligent suggesting what was wrong before we got started. She was right! It will take another visit or two and I scheduled with Chelsea once again. I HIGHLY recommend Chelsea with Bershire. I am cancelling my appointments with the first place I visited and will now only see Chelsea. I'm sure I could count on any of the young ladies to do a good deep tissue massage for me, but I feel as though I really lucked out getting Chelsea my very first time. One more thing....I have not been very happy with the national haircut places I learned Berkshire salon takes care of men's hair too. Sure, its more expensive, but do I want to go cheap and not be happy or pay more and have things done the way I like. They are my place now for hair salon as well as massage. read more

The absolute BEST place to get a massage! (I've only ever got a massage here and haven't tried any of the other services.) I've been here a handful of times and have nothing but wonderful & positive experiences. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. They walk you back to a nice quiet waiting area and offer ice cold water. They are almost always right on your scheduled time. The massage therapists are very respectful of privacy, allowing ample time to change, and never exposing you during the massage. They ask if you have specific areas that are bothering you and they really work through those areas. I've had both hot stone and traditional massages at SC & love both, but prefer hot stone as it feels great on tired muscles. I recommend this place to any & all family/friends looking for a truly relaxing experience. I will continue to return! read more

November 2016 I had massage technician named Chelsea. I have no complaints at all about her skill and professionalism. My session was great. The only things I could recommend is 1). an option of the music playlist (the one played while I was there was just awful in my opinion and preferences... not quiet and restful MUSIC but strange lyrics etc); and 2). Warmer room temp or possibly a heating pad on the table under the client. Clean. Welcoming. Friendly front desk staff. My husband bought me the Escape Package for my birthday. It was absolutely that...a wonderful relaxing escape!! And extremely affordable, as well. They went above and beyond for me. My husband took champagne and chocolates up the night before and asked them to give it to me upon arrival. They chilled the bottle and displayed it beautifully with candles and rose petals. They clearly take pride in customer service, as it was perfect! The spa itself is a very relaxing environment with warm colors and soft lighting. I love the soft robes. They offer a delishous cucumber and coconut water that is so wonderful that I ended up purchasing the coconut drops. I had a facial and a massage. Both were perfect. I hate filling out paperwork prior to a massage...only because I don't feel like it ever gets looked at. This case was different and I am grateful for the attention paid to detail from both therapists. Overall, an absolute wonderful experience from start to finish! This review is for the stylists. One of the stylists had oversold me on Monat. I trusted her as she knew I was self conscious about my hair loss. After using Monat for roughly six weeks, I noticed the hair coming out even more in brushfulls. I looked up on my hairline and saw the problems were even worse. Around the same time I happened to look Monat up online and saw there was a class action lawsuit against them for hair loss. I've tried to reach out to them on three occasions and never heard back. I've been here 3 times for massages, and I absolutely love this place. The layout of the spa is both contemporary and relaxing, so when you walk in, you know you're going to be pampered like royalty. They're open pretty late on some days, so it's nice to leave from work and go straight to get a massage. The staff is all great-- I've had Melissa, Elizabeth, and (I think) Tonya, and they've all been great. They give you lime water while you wait, and that's an added bonus. :) If you've never had a professional massage and are wondering: they don't MAKE you strip down 'til you're completely naked. AVOID this place. My experience with this salon was terrible. The girl didn't listen to what I asked for and put flat brown that looks like it came out of a box on my hair and highlights on the side of my head that you can only see if I wear a ponytail. The highlights were cool and super blond and looked like gray streaks in my hair. The color is just flat with no depth or light reflecting qualities that you would expect from salon color. Throughout all the process of trying to get them to make it right, I never did see the owner of the salon or get an apology. Their attitude throughout the entire experience was condescending and arrogant. They were just trying to "handle" me the whole time without really considering my needs as a customer. I was very upset with my hair and the way they handled THEIR mistakes. I am in my 40s, and this is the first time I have EVER complained at a salon, even when I didn't get exactly what I wanted, so this was a first for me, and I had the police called on me. Because of them, my hair was ruined for Easter, plus I was planning a week off with my husband the following week. This is all for $150 plus 20% tip. On the day of my appt., when she asked me if I liked it, I told her at the time I would have to see it in the sunlight before I was sure because the lighting in there isn't that great and the walls are painted black. Later, when I called back to tell them I wasn't happy, they just wanted to shuffle me in for another three hour appt. without even considering that I might not have time this week (their policy is to have redos scheduled within a week), and they said they would have to make my hair even darker to fix it. Plus they called me back when I was driving down the road and kept pushing me to give them some answer or scheduling resolution right then even though I told her I was driving and would just call them back on Monday since it was the afternoon before Easter. When i went in to show them my hair, I thought I would be speaking to someone who would listen to my concerns and even act like they cared or were apologetic. Instead they sent out this "manager", Malea, a girl of about 20. Rather than speak to me in private, she sat me down in a salon chair in front of all the other customers to "discuss" my hair. Instead, she just argued and was very condescending and really kind of hateful; she was push into letting them work on my hair again rather than give me a refund, which I felt I was warranted since they had already put this terrible dye all over my hair and had wasted a lot of my time. I showed her how terrible the dye looked and that I didn't want any more of their dye on my hair or have my hair over-processed. She then suggested it was the shampoo that I had used; however, I had not washed it, and I pointed that out. After that she started accusing me of disturbing the other customers (i was not being loud but she did decide to have our conversation in the chair right next to another client). She never address the fact that my hair looked bad. They never would admit they had made any mistakes, even though the sight of my hair prompted her to suggest I was using bad shampoo, even though I hadn't used any. She finally agreed to give me half my money back, and I was not happy with that because I really felt that they should make it right with a full refund since they have ruined my hair, so Malea said she would get the owner, which was really what I wanted (to speak with someone in charge.) Instead, they then sent out the original stylist to now speak to me "as my stylist." But she wasn't apologetic or trying to make it right; she was just there to inform me that half the refund is all they would give. We finally agreed to take half our money back, and my husband then stood up and said, "Just give us our money so we can leave then. We'll just post it to yelp and google+ and tell everyone we know about this place." That is all he said. He was not aggressive or loud at all; he just said to give us our money so we can leave. Then the girl called the police and made us wait for our refund till the police got there, and then still didn't hand over the refund. The police escorted us outside and then came out and asked me about my side of the story. I explained what the problem was, and his partner went inside and got the refund we had been promised. There was no reason for her to call the police; she obviously did not feel threatened by us because she could have just gotten us out of there by giving us the refund to which they had already agreed. Instead she made us stand there and wait for the police. Then we left and apologized to the police for the trouble they had to go to. I believe the only reason they called the police was to intimidate us into leaving so they could get out of giving us the refund. .So I guess if you're looking for an adventure that involves your hair and the police, go to Stone Creek Salon in Broken Arrow, OK. read more

This place is great, until a problem arises. Then the issues aren't addressed, and was even told by the stylist that she no longer wanted my business. No apologies, no taking responsibility, and no ensuring that the customer walks away happy. In fact, I was made to feel unwelcome, and all because of a scheduling mistake on the salon's part. I've not been to many upscale salons but I know that if a person is paying over $200 for cut and color the color should stay for more than 2weeks. My hair was virgin hair, but the girl seemed to think my hair needed stripped of color. So After that she did the red color. My color faded from bright red to strawberry blonde and I've used box color red that lasted longer. I did email the owner and she had the same girl do my hair again... The color faded in less time. I will not be going back and have told everyone not to go back. It's not worth the money. read more
