Gave this place a shot twice for a lash lift. The first time Nichole was fresh off her smoke break and clearly didn't wash her hands. My eyes and nose were burning before she even got started. She didn't speak to me for the whole service and appeared to be in a text fight with someone since she kept slamming her phone down beside my head. The cherry on top was when she got the solution in my eye and the service ended early. Switched to Kaja and tried to give it another shot. My appointment was at 1015. She was working on hair when I arrived and did not greet me. 15 min later another team member did and let me know she was finishing a foil and running behind. She's right in front of me not even halfway through a foil. I get running behind but expecting someone to wait 30+ min for their service that won't even last 30 minutes and not bothering to even greet them is a no for me. Won't be back. read more

I went to go get my hair done here, I wanted a balayage. I did not get this at all. I got a few highlights through my thick hair which didn't really change it at all, I was also given two blonde 'money pieces' which weren't toned enough and were basically left yellow and which then turned orange now. I was definitely over charged with $200! When I thought my original price would be around $160! But it came to my surprise when the hair dresser had added on extra charges which I was never asked about! She also blow dryed my naturally Curley hair straight which gave it even more heat damage. The only thing which I'm happy about from my visit is the hair cut. Definitely should have either asked her to change it or for my money back! read more

Been going here for about 4 months, on my first appointment, I got my hair trimmed, lightened, and dyed a blue ombré with pink in it. It was gorgeous! The lady who did my hair have me so, so much advice as well, and asked me throughout the visit if the water was too hot or cold, etc. The staff is so polite, funny and sweet! I've been to very few salons but this one by far has been AMAZING. My next appointment I got my hair dyed a much darker blue ombré, and I enjoyed it the exact same! Sure, this salon is costly, but I swear to you they will NOT mess up your hair! This is the place t go for hair problems and hair treatments, etc, if you want good hair, this place will be heaven to you! read more

I went to this location last week last Sunday to get my son a permanent haircut the lady didn't perm the very back of the hair it didn't hold when she was done she said okay he's all done time to pay I said you didn't turn the back of it she said yeah it wouldn't hold sorry I tried instead of saying yeah let me fix it let me see if there's something I can do I watched her do the entire perm she didn't put enough solution on the back instead of resolving the issue she said would you like your tip to be paid in cash or on the card I said neither I'm not happy about it she said sorry it was the best I could do I paid $120 and left I made a review on their website the following Monday I was told the following week I would get a phone call the next Monday it is now Wednesday and I still have yet to receive a phone call to me it seems like they don't really care so now I have to take my son somewhere to get it fixed and spend more money if you're going to charge $120 for a service it should be done right read more

Been going here about once a month for SEVERAL months. GREAT service. EVERYONE is SO NICE. Always helpful. Usually I have a mani and a peddi. They always do a fantastic job. (I bought a membership so I get a free service once a month from several choices.) And big discounts on what isn't free. The membership has paid for itself really....if you plan on going regularly. And you can cancel it any time. No penalty. Anyway, I went for a massage today and it was FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!!! I HIGHLY recommend the services I've had there. GREAT people great experiences. This was billed as a salon and spa. I was taken for a massage in a small overheated room. I usually appreciate the serenity that a spa offers, but here, not so much. Several times during the 90 minute massage, there came an outburst of loud cackling from outside the door. Combined with the mariachi music that was played during the massage, I've had better experiences elsewhere. Please don't advertise a spa experience you can't deliver. read more

The color was good, but the rest of the experience had me gaslit and in pain. My stylist talked to me about my hair texture and thickness as if I hadn't had it all my life, and blatantly disregarded what I was trying to tell her. After washing my hair, she wrung it out once (I have really thick hair, as she kept on reminding me) and lead me back to the floor. She kept on wringing out my hair and yelled across the shop that she "had a moat" and needed a towel to stand on. She didn't even brush my hair, told me that round brushes would pull out my hair, and proceeded to yank my hair out with her bare hands to work through the tangles instead. She asked me if that much hair loss was normal, and I told her that it was if it was being yanked on and not being brushed gently. She honestly made me feel so embarrassed about my hair texture. She didn't even blow dry it all the way through and I had water all down my back. My hair was frizzy by the time I got home. I had gone to another stylist before and I was hoping I was with that girl, but was disappointed. read more

Good place to go for a haircut. The instructors go over what the student is planning to do before they start cutting and they check the haircut when it's done. It may take a little bit longer than normal but that's just because they are being careful. read more
