Went as a walk in, should have asked the price for a gel polish. I was attended to immediately, the place was not busy and had 3 people getting their nails done. The lady did not introduce herself but asked if I spoke Spanish. I chose my color she completed the polish in about 20 mins. It was $27 plus a tip. There was a service fee for paying with your card which looked to be about $2.81. Did not find the environment inviting, not sure I would return.ok I am updating this, 3 days on vacation no dishes etc snd one of the gel nails chipped. read more

I was a walk-in on Saturday had a gel manicure/pedicure. For the most part my experience was fine initially but in less than 24 hrs my nails started to chip. I went in on Sunday for them to fix it. They fixed it and I gave the lady $6 tip since she wasn't the one who had done my nails. In less than 24 hrs later, another nail chipped. I was back at the salon for a second time in 2 days to get the nail repaired. Now it is Monday I had to make another trip to this nail salon due to a chipped nail. I gave the lady $5 tip just to say thank you. Tuesday evening once again another chipped nail. At this point I think we needed to start over because something didn't work the first time. I went in and a lady (not sure but believe she is the owner) agreed to redo them. I wish she would have mentioned to me that I was going to be charged. I would have left. I just wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. When I was finished I had given the lady $10 to say thank you once again. But at this point it was absolutely ridiculous the amount of money, time, and gas that was spent. I was charged to get my nails done. The gentleman said that they fixed it once but since I had them completely re-done that he did me a favor by giving me a 10% discount. I was so incredibly disappointed since I paid $91 on Saturday. Only to have to make 3 trips back in less than 4 days to have them fixed, costing me an extra $55. I will not be back!!!! *The saga continues after having them re-done on Wednesday they are chipping again. Not even 48 hrs later. So disappointed, spreading the word on this salon. read more

If you don't mind Below Average Service, poor quality products and Disrespect then this is the place for you! The Pros: the place is rarely busy even during the holidays so appointments are always available. There are some seemingly decent young female workers that try to do their best under the circumstance. Poor girls... smh. The Cons: the place is absolutely filthy, dusty, & falling apart. The entire salon is in need of updating and deep cleaning. The products in use are of very low quality, obliviously being watered down or just cheap low budget. Their work stations are grossly dirty & a complete unorganized mess. Except for the few young females that look like they're trying to push through the day... the place is a miserable pit. The topping on the cake was the overly aggressive clown, who was tasked to repairs my shitty "gel manicure" which lasted less than 48hrs. He acted like he was doing me a favor by fixing the poor quality work than was done less than 48hrs. Prior. The cheap quality "gel nail polish" cracked the next day... (Xmas day). It's shocking to think this clown is a Realtor lol The audacity to place his business card front and center yet his basic customer service skills are lacking. He seemed frustrated and annoyed that I came in to fix my nails and aggressively began to file my nails and accuse me of moving my hands too much. He even raised his voice at me to tell me to relax lol. He calmed down a bit when I called him out and offered to pay Yet again for the awful job. I've been having my nails done for decades!!!! Never have I been treated with such disrespect for a service that I paid for and generously Tipped for the holidays. This clown needs to be ashamed of himself for treating a hardworking respectful woman who enters his place of business they way he did. Shame on him! He's a total disgrace. He's obviously a complete bully...I doubt he'd speak to any man with the same tone. I am a picky person when it comes to my nails and a creature of habit. I came here due to a friends recommendation but was iffy at first due to the location, but I tried them, haven't been disappointed and I've been coming here since December of 2017. One of the big things I think people assume is that they have to walk away with crappy service, but Mimi and her staff are the kind of people that if you tell them you don't like how your nails turn out, they will fix it as long as you say something and not in a rude way as I've seen a lot of other customers do. They are great with nail art and as long as you show them exactly what you would like done, they can do it for you. They also do lash extensions which most salons don't, And yes they are certified! read more

How this place only has 3 stars is beyond me, but I thought they were terrific. I had been going to see my nail lady Kim at Fansy nails, and I really enjoyed her but she didn't really listen to what I wanted, and did not pay any attention to detail. After my nails had been done two days prior, two of my nails broke and I was furious. I called Asia nails and they took me at 7:00 pm while I was on my way home from work. They were AMAZING and although 40 is a lot to spend, I feel every two weeks is worth it. If you pay 50 bucks for acrylic gel, pedi, eyebrows and lip, you'll end up with green fungus on your nail like I did. Anywhere that's cheap probably is not the best. Thank you Asia nails! read more

I recently had my nails done here. I went about a week and a half ago to get a fill with gel polish . After I left I realized the man who did my nails charged me 39$ for a FILL ! I called because I thought maybe they made a mistake but the manager said that was the correct price and I thought for that price I should've just gotten a full set .. Anyways fast forward, not even a week later my nails began to crack and I realized he made them entirely way to thick and I'm guessing he was rushing to go home because my nails weren't even painted correctly . My boyfriend and I went to get manicures and were met by slow wait times even though we called for an appointment. He was given a gel manicure, when that is not what we asked for and 3 of his fingers were cut and bleeding when the tech was cutting his cuticles. When we indicated that we did not ask for a gel manicure but a basic one, we were still charged for the 32 dollar gel manicure when we asked for the 17 dollar basic manicure. In addition to his, my nails are cut to the quick and uncomfortably short and not cut straight. Most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Went with my husband and mother for 3 pedicures and a manicure and made it known when we walked in. I Waited an hour to get my pedicure (since they only have 3 girls doing pedicures). Got a woman who had no experience. I had to tell her to spray her tools with alcohol as I did not see her take them out of a fresh pack. She did not know how to remove any cuticles. After complaining, this EXTREMELY RUDE girl came and showed her how to do it. My mother waited 2 hours then was told she had to wait some more for her manicure. My husband decided not to get his done. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Worst $25 I ever spent! DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

On Sunday, 4-24-2016, about mid-day, I walked in to the Asia Nail Salon on US Highway 441 and Southern Blvd to have a pedicure. The first clue things would NOT go well was the front door was wide open with minimal or no air condition on in the inside. This was a very hot day and NO A/C? Hmmm, perhaps the business was not doing so well they had to save on the electrical bill? As I walked inside, I saw there was only one patron having her nails done inside. The woman working on her client was wearing a mask and without looking up said, "can I help you?" At first, I didn't know it was her speaking. When I asked how much was a pedicure, she stated, "$22," so I agreed. Shortly after, a young Hispanic female came over and directed me to one of the chairs close to the front windows and door (a little cooler there). She started the flow of water into the bowl and asked me to sit down and place my feet in, which I did. The Hispanic woman tried to up-sell me two over rated "spa pedicures," which I declined and stated I was just looking for a cut, file, and lightly buff my nails...nothing more. Simple. I'm sitting there for about 3 minutes, when I heard that same lady call over the Hispanic woman. Then the Hispanic woman came to me and said the cost of the pedicure would now be $25, plus a gratuity fee, because I didn't want polish, but they would buff shine my nails. I got this terrible feeling in my gut, so I said, "No. That's alright. I'm leaving." I strongly recommend you do not waste your money or time at this salon. Just terrible. read more

I've been a customer on and off at Asia Nails for a little over 4 years. Often went back when had no where else to go. They do a ok job. However, as of lately the owner and her husbands attitude seems to get worst by the minute. They speak about customers to other customers. You book appointments with them yet when you arrive your sent to other techs, and to top it off they are simply OK! Definitely need better customer service!! read more

I went here for the first time and I was actually pleasantly surprised! the wait time was around 5-10 minutes which wasn't bad, and my nails came out looking great! The nail techs were nice and the nail tech who did my acrylic set did exactly what I wanted. over all really great :) my only complaint is the price for cutting the acrylics is just way too much. 5 dollars just to snip of the edges of my nails is kind of ridiculous. read more

Did not care to listen to who appeared to be either the owner/manager complain about customers to her customer. I'd hate to hear what she would say about me once I walked out! A lady asked a question about how long it would take and then said she would come back. She wasn't rude about it. Once the potential customer left, this employee/manager/owner (whatever she was) said, very loudly for all of us to hear, 'Go to Costco, see how long you would be waiting there.' I think she needs to take a class on Customer Service. It's a place of business and I'd like to think that I'm being respected before during and after I receive service. read more

Been several times and the staff is always courteous. So far I have never had to wait to get a chair and my manicures and pedicures have been very lovely. The price is pretty much the same as every other salon in the area. I only take away one star because of location and the fact that I have seen other salons with higher end decor and drinks but you will certainly pay for that! read more

I had a huge event the next day and after being turned down from True Nails down the road I drove passed this nail salon 30 mins before closing. This salon is under new management. The new owner, Mimi was very kind and told me she would be glad to give me a mani/pedi. Even though I was still there passed closing time she made sure my nails were perfect! There were other customers and myself there and not once that she had an attitude. You walked in with an attitude!! Leaving businesses 1 star review will not kill them, but your misery would eventually catch up to you my friend. I'm glad I was there to witness everything that had happened and so does the other 4 customers. The owner has every right to refuse services if they are not comfortable. So feel free to take your business else where and eventually your nastiness will surface and they would have to remove you from their business. I have been here a few times. The work on my nails was so-so but for convenience sake I kept going. A friend of mine made an appointment for us for a mani and pedi and didn't realize we needed another spot for my daughter. When we arrived and I realized we only had two appointments I asked a woman, who I assume is the owner, if they could accommodate my daughter. She was extremely rude in her response and when I tried offer to forgo my pedi so my daughter could at least have something done, she again was extremely rude and condescending I. Her response. I was completely stunned. I own a small business and can't imagine speaking to my customers like she spoke to me. I said something about it, and she told me she wouldn't do my nails anymore and started arguing with me over my saying she was rude. After reading other reviews, it's not the first time. I've seen her lounging around the place without her mask in the previous visits and found her to be extremely unprofessional then, but this was a new level. There are so many good nail salons around, and this situation was a blessing in disguise as we went to a lovely salon down the road on Southern that was clean, professional and friendly and gave us all the best manicures and pedicures we have ever had! I have lived in west palm for 14 years and I have visited many different nail locations. A few days before my wedding as I searched for a place to provide a full package makeover I came across this wonderful shop. Place was clean, very pleasant staff, I was so stressed with all my wedding preparations and it all went away. My Nails, Toes, Wax where perfect. They helped pick out a color that matched perfectly with my dress. All my wedding guest loved my nails and I have been getting my nails there for the past 2 years. Let me tell you there is not a time that I dont get compliments on my nails. I appreciate all their hard work, cleanliness of salon and dedication. All of the nail techs here a pretty good. But of course the owners (husband and wife) are the best. The Wife, MiMi, has a bad attitude. She's really rude! And she embraces it... she laughs with customers about having "no filter ". But if you're a cool-headed person, and you want pretty nails... GO FOR IT! read more
