I was visiting the area with my wife and she convinced me to get a manicure. As a Male in a business world I do admit I bite my nails continuously. I never thought getting a nice cleaning by professional staff and super relaxing environment would help with my tick, AKA bad habit. One of the best nail salons I have ever been to and I happily told them that when I left! The place itself is very upscale and classy and super clean. They asked if they could do my manicure first, which I said was fine. My manicurist was super friendly and chatty, they had some nice country music playing and everyone looked relaxed and happy. After my manicure, I had the most phenomenal pedicure ever! They took their time, let my feet soak for awhile, took such great care of my feet, and then let the seat recline all the way back - I could have easily taken a nap - and finished painting my toes. Been going here for years and the shop is always filled with regulars. Sometimes hard to get an appointment, which is a sign that they are GOOD. (Ps. I'm the customer from TS review who stopped her appointment to let her keep her appointment time and witnessed the whole thing. She had the WHOLE shop looking at her in disgust at how SHE was handling the SLIGHT delay, not 25 minutes. I just wanted her out of that shop because she was spoiling everyone else's appointment. Always 2 sides of the story! She just couldn't comprehend that the customer before me had been a little late which made the tech run late. And TS was EARLY for her appointment by 10 minutes...which is unusual for her since the tech had not been worried about running a little late since "TS is always late". Sucks to be on the other side of it TS, but you were a spoiled, salty woman who showed NO appreciation for a 7 month pregnant woman HALTING her appointment so you could stop complaining." 4 days ago I paid $180 which included tips. I received a full set of short dip tips, with a Crome gel Polish, a lavender so pedicure with an additional 15 min massage of the feet (which was mostly leg). While I was present, a woman was having tips applied to some of her shorter natural nails. She was being helped by a man who had a mask below his nose, (a man who said he was the owner). She suddenly said, "No, no! Way too short! I wanted them the same length as my natural nail!" He said, wait till I file, I will make them same length. She said, "no I wanted them this length, not shorter! You literally did the opposite of what I asked of you, and now have ruined my nails!? I don't understand!" I said to the woman working on my nails, I want short not too long. She said, yes your are fake, so we can make them how you want. The nails came out beautiful and my toes also. I went to the beach the next day, the chrome Gel polish chipped off one foot , almost all my toes. I have an event I am going to on Saturday. On Tuesday I got my nails done, on Wednesday I went to the beach, it's Friday and I had to come back for them to fix my gel Polish? How? Why? It took a lot of explaining before they fixed my toes no charge. Although the "owner" fixed them in such a rough way, he cut my big toe, while he was filing with a nail drill the gel polish off. I laughed and said omg ouch! He said, why are you laughing? I said because I don't want to cry! He said it hurt? I said it's bleeding‍yes! It hurt, you cut my skin, not my nail. The bed side manner at this salon is not great. Nice they offer chrome polish. Nice they fixed at no charge. I probably won't be back. Don't recommend for gel Polish. read more

I came for the chairs and the chairs did not disappoint. But sadly, I have to say that the pedicure is not the best. I have attached pictures, but I honestly could have painted them better myself. The massage was fabulous from the chair. Although I do think I have a bit of bruising. Can't say that's their fault. I was in charge of how hard the chair massaged my back, and the zero gravity seating position was fabulous. This used to be my go to place but after yesterday and this morning I will not be returning. The woman who did my dip powder obviously had never done it before. She murdered my nail beds. I had to go back because the started cracking literally two hours after they were done. When I went back she had to redo them four times because she kept messing them up. My pinky is bleeding. And they still are not even. Literally had to leave because my nails could not take any more of this nonsense. read more

Had a short window between work today to get my nails done for a surprise Miami Heat game in 2 days. I had acrylics that were broken and weak nails and couldn't get an appointment in time with my regular nail artist. They recommended a dip nail with dark red and a black tip, and the nail artist spent extra time making sure everything was even and cut short enough so my nails wouldn't break. The result is perfect, although some of the dip powder ended up on my skin. It will wash off in time :) I wish I could've tipped with CashApp instead of as a credit card. read more

I just got home from this salon & figured I'd write my opinion now while it's fresh! To start off, the salon is very attractive & clean, they also play great music & have an amazing selection of nail polish. The guy at the front desk & who answers the phone is great! He is so nice & friendly & laid back. The people here were pleasant. That's all. I did not feel super welcomed or that comfortable while I was there. I did have an appointment & didn't have to wait not 1 second to get started which was very nice. They took me back to the last table in the salon to get me started on my nails. I got the dip powder. No one told me where I could put my bag down.. until closer to the end of my manicure. I asked before we started if I could maybe get a design, which I usually don't do but figured I'd do something different. The guy looked at me & was like "that's what you want?" I was feeling optimistic so I said I just wanted to see what my options are, maybe do something different. I didn't know if I wanted a sticker or a design or what. So he does my nails & then AFTER he's done w the dip powder before he put on the clear coat he brought a lady over to me with a bunch of stickers & materials for designs. The lady was asking me what I wanted & I said idk because I didn't go there with a specific design or style for my nails in mind (which was my own fault..) So the lady ends up saying that the design should've been asked for before the dip was on my nails. She was also saying I had to help them help me because I didn't know what I wanted. Which is understandable but at the same time I know I'm not the only person who has went into a hair salon or nail salon kindly asking the professional to just do something they think would look good! I decided to just not get anything, I don't like to make people feel like they need to do something extra or out of the way for me.. my nails ended up ok. He took his time on them & was very detail oriented but at the same time he left access dip power under my nails & I KNOW he peeped it. Again, it's my fault for not saying anything, even though I shouldn't have to. My nails near my cuticles did get cut up. The pedicure was Very nice, meaning everything but the polish. I bought one of the more expensive pedicures I think it was called Sea Breeze or something w the word "sea" in it lol. However, when I first sat down, again, no one took my bag, no one told me where I could put it. No one told me how to work the massage chair. & my toenail polish was gooey it did not dry quick at all & the polish is chipped (I noticed when I got home.) I'm extremely disappointed because looking at the reviews & location I just expected a lot more & I feel like I should've gotten better service all around. I felt out of place in a way. My birthday is tomorrow & my nails aren't giving me too much satisfaction. At the end of the day though, there are bigger issues in this world & I'm blessed to have been able to have the experience to even pay & go to a salon. Would I come back here ? .. probably not. Maybe I would give them a second chance in the future but I've had better service from the salons in Greenacres in not to attractive shopping centers. I'm extremely disappointed.. read more

Wow... What a terrible manicure. I actually even have to ask for one of my nails to get redone and it was done again so poorly that it barely looks like I even got my nails done. I've been here several times and have never had a good experience. Be prepared to wait at least an hour whether you have an appointment or not. They'll tell you "only 20 more minutes", "only 5 minutes", and just bait you along to stay there but never seem willing to be honest about the wait. Once you sit down you wait for at least another 30 minutes, and then they don't even do a great job in the nails. They don't use any updated techniques and always damage my nails. After several failed attempts, I finally made it over to Palazzo Nails right after work on Friday. This was the best possible way to start my weekend! I was pressed for time, but the girls were super friendly and accommodated my time-constraint. I got the basic pedicure, which was much more than pedicures elsewhere! The chairs were super comfortable and I had to fight to stay awake when they reclined my chair while they did the foot/leg massage. Felt like heaven on earth! Not to mention, they serve wine and other drinks during your service. I'm not sure how the prices are, as I didn't drink, but if you spend $50 or more, your first glass of wine is free. Most importantly all tools that they used during my visit came from sealed medical packages. This is the first time I've ever seen this happen, and it's convinced me to never go any where else! No more worrying about when's the last time they cleaned those clippers or other tools. Lastly, they are competitively priced. Their pedicures start at $30, and the quality of service is comparable, and they have a special going on for 20% all services through 10/31/15. read more

The man at the front desk was very pleasant, kind, and helpful. The nail techs were unpleasant and seemed very disinterested like they did not want to be there. The woman who did my pedicure didn't say a single word to me- my massage for my pedicure was about 5 minutes. The pedicure all together lasted roughly 25 minutes total - much shorter than any other pedicure i've ever had. Many of the workers were sitting on their phones, bored and disinterested, even with customers in front of them. I decided to cut my stay short and get a regular manicure with clear polish instead of the gel color I picked so i could get out of there sooner. I won't be returning. read more

I have a right to complain if I feel I was disrespected in a place of business that I had been going to for 2 years to the same person. First of all I was not early for my appointment as you stated . I was right on time and it's not your place to comment on my when I arrive at appointments ,it's none of your business. Also I had no idea you were pregnant, not that has anything to do with this situation so why you added that in your comment I have no idea ? Who are you to say I'm spoiled you don't even know me, so maybe you should of minded your business with this whole situation . For your information I am usually there on the dot and if the Anna told you otherwise then it's just not true and this is another sign of Anna being un professional, by talking about her clients to other clients . Many times Anna runs late and I have waited patiently and if I was ever more then a few minutes late I would call the salon which I may have done once maybe twice in the 2 years I've gone there. The last time I was there I was kept waiting and I had somewhere to be after my appointment as I did that day . Also your wrong, I was not taken care of until 3:20 after the whole uncomfortable situation and she still was not finished with your design when she took me. My appointment was at 3 and I was not informed by Anna until I got there that she was running late. If she was going to run really late she should of a called me and asked if it was ok to change my appointment time. When I arrived I sat there and then she said from across her work table in front of the whole salon she was running late and I should go with someone else. When I asked her why didn't you call and let me know you were running late and she said, I figured you were on your way and I never know when your coming, which is not true, ( because I usually have the same appointment every other week for over two years). That was unprofessional of her to say this to me and in front of the whole salon and that's when I got upset which I had a right to be . I always thought she was nice and I was shocked at how disrespectful and rude she treated me and she made the scene not me. It was not handled properly by her. Then she sent another tech over to me and I said I do not want to go with someone else I made a appointment with you. Then I said I'll wait for you how long will it be and she didn't say. If it was not going to take long why did she tell me to go with someone else? Yes ,there are times when a tech may run late or a customer may, but you just don't try and push a client off that has a appointment, because you decide to take extra time with the previous client. If that is the case then the tech should of called not yell across the salon. I was a regular too and for the most part was happy with Anna for 2 years and was caught off guard and upset to be spoken to or treated like that. I would not of expected that from Anna. I don't think you would of liked it either if it was the other way around. No one looked at me in disgust . So you are wrong . It was my appointment yours was over. But my regular mani lasted 3 days which ok regular mani's don't last long but my old place a pedicure lasted 2 weeks. This pedicure lasted three days and most of my nail polish have chipped off.
