She allowed me to look through the bin of items they planned to take, but again I couldn't hear her clearly. She said not to mess up the order, but because she was speaking so quietly and unclearly, I started picking up the items I was agreeing to sell before signing off. She rolled her eyes, was passive-aggressive, and repeated that I shouldn't "mess up the order." I've been to many locations before, but this was the rudest and most unprofessional service I've experienced.

I got brand name boots in Portsmouth that retailed for $200 for $14. This Plato's is selling nasty gross dirty shoes for $60 with Amazon branding. I genuinely wouldn't waste your time or money coming to this location at all. They really pick and choose here and the staff is just not worth dealing with. I've met 15 year olds in customer service with more tact.
