Eating in the restaurant is OK, but after spending over $160 for takeout I noticed all the food, especially the shrimp lo mein, tastes like it was previously cooked, recycled, and possibly rancid. The fried shrimp were flat, hard, and woody instead of crispy and light. The boneless ribs were re-cooked with a woody texture. Very tough meat for steak on stick. No need for soy sauce because too much is already added to mask how old the food is. Worse than my wasting money is that my stomach is bubbling and hope I don't get sick. read more

Let's start with service..the Lovely Lady who will pick up the phone ( yes, it will always be the same person) she is awesome. I don't know if she remembers me or if it's a note in the computer, but I told her about a mushroom allergy ( truth is I just hate them.) years ago.. She mentions it every time I call before I can even remind her...then she says it will be 45 minutes (yes, she always says 45 mins.) But we have never waited more the 15 min. Ever! And the food is always Hot, fresh, and delicious!! I have ordered from here many times and have never been disappointed. We have great restaurants in this area...but if you dont feel like getting dressed and want to treat yourself to a yummy meal at you door in minutes, then give them a try. ENJOY! read more

But Precious Garden did not deliver and we have tried every place that does, and all the "strip mall" choices. Asian Cuisine, despite the bland name, delivers in a big way. The ingredients are always fresh - try old frozen shrimp from the Beach Shopping Center (name deleted) for contrast. Chicken with black bean sauce - fresh, plump black beans - not crappy jar paste. Spare ribs, asked for well done (less fatty and more flavorful) arrive exactly as ordered. Tonight we had the wontons steamed in hot oil, General Tso's "supreme" white meat chicken and jumbo shrimp with brown rice. So good! Very solid, very consistent, and they deliver! read more

Three strikes and they're out! First, the woman I was ordering delivery from hung up on me when I was in the middle of asking a question. Delivery person didn't smile or react at all even though I gave him a nice tip. Lastly, the food was bland and the wonton soup was terrible! every time I order from this place over the phone the lady is always very rude and rushes. Rushes you when you're trying to place your order. One time as she was rushing me on the phone and I picked up my order. She got my order wrong then when I realized once I got home after picking up my order, I called and said how they got my order wrong she then proceeded to tell me that I can keep my order and come back another time for my actual order without having to pay, I came back another time and told her about the incident. She then proceeded to tell me how I never brought back my wrong order and proceeded to give me a nasty attitude. I then told her you told me not to bring the wrong order back to keep it, and I told her that she can either give me my money back because I did not eat the food since it was not the order that I wanted, or she can make my correct order like she told me she would. She just has a horrible attitude and very bad customer service towards her customers. We waited 30 mnts for the food and it was all disappointing so we left after Paying the bill. General chow CK is old and to much greasy, the eggplant was mushy and some part is not cooked Well. To much soy sauce, sugar and we taste like they put to much MSG. This place is not good for those who has health concern, they just want to sell whatever is left from last night or even from last week. If you want to stay healthy or concern health I advise not to order from here just ignore and cook at home. We google there are few good reviews but I don't think they are here. "Asian Cuisine" is the actual name of this strip mall Chinese joint. If every restaurant took the naming process so literally, I'm sure it might scare people away (Papa John's: Corrugated Cardboard and Tomato Sauce"). Asian Cuisine serves up both Chinese and Japanese food. Places like this scare me a little because instead of doing one thing exceptionally well, they haphazardly throw permutations of other food from around the world (perhaps coming soon: Argentinian?). Although it was not on the menu, I asked my waitress if she could add tofu to my steamed vegetable option. (Options on the menu included seafood, chicken, and beef.) She did and I was even happier when she didn't charge me extra for the tofu. Any sentiment of getting a bargain quickly dissipated when I opened the container and counted "one, two, three - three" small pieces of tofu. Thankfully, Northern Westchester is blessed enough to have a strip mall Chinese joint in every strip mall and partially vacated overdeveloped property, so I won't lose any sleep over this mishap. Spider roll -- slapped together, obviously softshell crab was frozen before, but it was just not put together with any care (forgot soy sauce). Cold sesame noodles -- sauce very vinegary. not good. Sesame shrimp -- watery sauce. shrimp not crispy, mixed Chinese vegetables (eh). Gawd hope this place improves. in the past would've given 3 1/2 to sometimes 4 stars. Ordered at 5:14, was told it'd be 45 min but they delivered our order to Put Valley in about 30 minutes,which was very nice, and the food was hot when we received it and the portions were ample. The Vegetable Lomein was as good as any I've had in the city. The veggies were crisp-tender, it was flavored well, and the mixture was not greasy at all. The Pork Fried Rice was standard. The Sesame Chicken, sans broccoli, was perfectly cooked. We ordered broccoli in garlic sauce on the side because we love it. The broccoli was crisp-tender, but it was a bit on the greasy side and the spicing seemed a little weak, but maybe that's just us. However, DO NOT ORDER THE CRAB RANGOON OR EGG ROLLS unless you like tasteless, thick, tough crust. They were inedible. Like cardboard. Further, the crab rangoon filling was runny and odd-tasting, not like any I'd ever had before. We'll never order either of those items again. $7 for nothing but hey, at least it wasn't an entree. So, it was kind of a mixed bag. I gave them a 3 because we gave 5 stars for the lomein and sesame chicken (although I do like broccoli with mine and this was the first time I'd ever gotten sesame chicken with no broccoli), 4 points for the broccoli in garlic sauce and -0- for the egg roll and crab rangoon. Nice perk is that they have an above average menu in the sense that it seems to have a slightly larger selection of food than the average Chinese fast food and they also do Japanese Cuisine, so you can actually get something like a mix of Tempura, Sushi and General Tsao's delivered! I used to order from them 2-3 times a week on account that they are delivery sushi. The quality is a step above A & P sushi. I stopped ordering months ago when my husband & I ordered over $200 worth of food for a special at home dinner because we just had a newborn and they gave us the wrong bags. That was fine, mistakes happen but it was the horrible attitude I got when I called to tell them. They insisted they gave me the correct food but the food they gave me was nothing close to what we ordered and totalled to maybe $25. They knew I was a good customer but battled with me anyways.
