The hot and sour soup and white rice were fine. The beef was good quality and the string beans were also good quality. My "beef" is not with the beef, but with the sauce and how it was cooked. The garlic sauce was very, very, very sweet, like maple syrup was included or honey. The garlic sauce was not savory or spicy. The sauce was also very, very oily. My stomach is still reeling from it. I think the sushi here is still good, but I probably would not get a Chinese dish again. They tailored them too much for the sweet American palate. Service was great. Remember to tip well.

We got a bunch of different things to try out and we honestly loved each one. Protein was melt-in- your- mouth tender when it needed to be, sushi was fresh but also had depth of flavor with sweetness, spice, and smokiness all in each bite, and I loved how the special rolls had a lot of toppings to add either flavor or texture. All of these things really a testament to how this place values truly quality. Other than the food, I also really appreciated the service here. Our waiter was very kind, offered great recommendations, and checked up on us often.
