It was a really cold evening and I wasn't sure where to go, I'm not from the area so I looked up where to grab something warm. No regrets, it was delicious. I ordered a ramen bowl and Thai bubble tea, both items were good and price was reasonable. The person that took my order was so friendly and we had a quick convo while he prepared my ramen. Our most recent visit wasn't busy, yet we waited several minutes before anyone came to our table, then had long waits for drinks, food ordering, and refills. We had to flag our server down just to get water and another round of drinks. On a previous visit, our server forgot about us completely after going upstairs, and we had to ask a busser for our bill. The food is excellent, but the service doesn't match the quality. We'd come much more often if the service improved. Management needs to do a better job balancing staff responsibilities so guests aren't overlooked.
