So I got the 2 entrees and 1 side combo and this was the worst thing I've ever eaten in a very long time. I'm appalled at how the General Tso's chicken tastes like blood and acid. I spent nearly $20 (incl. drink and taxes) just for this disappointment. The vegetable lo mein was over cooked and under seasoned, the fried rice tasted rotten. I had high hopes for this place since it has stayed open for so long since I was in high school but absolutely not. 0/10. The customer service is a 7/10 though. read more

I've been to dozens of Chinese restaurants, and I can confidently say this one was the least enjoyable. Let's start with the staff. Unfriendly is an understatement. You won't see any of them smile, nor will you get greeted when you walk in. Even though the staff isn't personable, I would still come back if the food was good. Unfortunately, that's not the case here. The food is bland, luke warm, and not made to order. The only way you will get fresh food is if they are refilling one of the bins. The worst Asian food EVER. The egg roll was undercooked and had many layers of cardboard tasting 'something' with minimal bland cabbage. The sweet and sour chicken was super greasy with very little chicken. The sample of spicy chicken was almost all fat. Don't waste your money here. I did bring this to the managers attention very quietly and she shrugged it off and offered nothing for the food we didn't eat. Would have given this a zero if possible. read more

Food was nothing like the picture in on the menu. I ordered Mongolian Shrimp. It was undercooked with no flavor. They just sprinkled pepper on it. Fork was thin as paper. I struggled to pick up the rice with it. It would bend. It cost me $15 for a drink and the dish. I struggled to eat it. I hope they improve their cooking and utensils if they want to survive. I moved a block behind Chuck E Cheese's. What a delight the Mall a 1 minute walk. I went in to shop and to get take home Chinese. Yah no more waiting forever for my Chines food. I stop at Asians first to get a small wonton before my shopping. They gave me salt water and 2 wontons and when I asked for the friend noodles the guy with a attitude said they did not have any. The woman had this screwed up face like she didn't want to serve the food or even be there. Bitch why are you so mad? I.Went back one other time figure old bitch was having a bad day... Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food is not good. At all. The people who work there don't even stand behind the counter (no wonder why it's always empty). The people who work there are also not friendly at all. Me and my girlfriend watched a young couple get asked to leave from sitting there with food from another restaurant because the food court was very busy and of course there wasn't a single person in this restaurant. The only good parts of my meal were the lo mein and general tso chicken and the raspberry iced tea. If I could give half a star, I would.
