You don't have to pull my leg...this is what I call pampering. My chair massage was unlike any other I've had. Very focused on loosening tight areas in my neck, shoulders, arms and back. That's an incredible value for the quality you are receiving and I knew it would be great considering how much I enjoyed sitting in his chair. Everyone in the salon raved about him and they weren't kidding. He first asks you if you are experiencing any soreness or issues. He evaluates your posture & pose and explains what he sees and why. He offers his knowledge and answered all of my questions. My experience with him was nothing like a 'typical' massage. But, I also requested a sport massage. While I was in no discomfort/soreness prior to booking, I wanted my muscles & joints to be in optimal condition. I wanted Marcus to diagnose me and do what he does best. Get those knots and problem areas I didn't even know I had worked on. And he did just that...stretching, lengthening, loosening. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I happen to think he's a massage guru and I can tell he loves what he does. Extremely focused and thorough. In a nutshell, I loved my experience. I can already feel the results of my time with him. I extended my service a half hour so he could focus specifically on issues he found. He's professional, kind and a wealth of knowledge. I looked at the prices and they were a little higher than other places I found. When I looked at the reviews, I could see why. Vive appeared to know what they were doing.
