Seriously, where has this place been all of my adult life! I can't believe I didn't come across this option sooner. And quite frankly, if it weren't from Groupon, I would've never tried it because of its name (BTW, the pricing is cheaper in house than on Groupon so don't waste your time buying one). Without question, the massages are great value for the money and there are so many options to choose from. I had a 60 min hot stone massage the first time around and returned shortly thereafter for 30 minutes of back and shoulder care to get relief for a pulled muscle, poor sleeping position and WFH office nagging pain and 30 min reflexology which did the trick. What also sets Sunny apart is that massages are performed in a private room, including the 30 min reflexology and 30 min back & shoulder. In my experience, many of the foot spa places place you in a semi private room or open area with others which makes for a much different experience especially when you're spending an hour plus there. Add to that where can you go and get a phenomenal 90 minute massage for $75!?! This place is in a sketchy looking plaza and definitely needs updating cause half of the parking lot is super cracked so just be careful driving into it. Once inside this place is huge there's so many rooms! The massage was great and took exactly an hour. It's always difficult to find really quality massage spots and admittedly Sunny didn't come up as a first choice right away compared to the places with 500+ reviews. However, a Redditor (must be a local) mentioned Sunny as their go-to and so I figured we'd give it a try. Both my MIL and I loved our massages. For $60 plus $20 tip per person, we enjoyed a 60-min full body massage that did everything I hoped for. They use oils that naturally warm up as they massage you, are thoughtful about pressure, listen to and follow your requests (for example, my MIL wanted some extra attention on her knees because they are prone to aching and they did), and are easy to make appointments with. They keep the lights on bright, which I didn't love, but they do cover your eyes at some point. A lot of well written out options and the front desk guy will answer any questions. Located in a real rundown, scary looking strip mall. The woman who gave me my massage barely spoke English. I thought it was a full body massage, but it wasn't (note: I am also pregnant). Massage was waist up which is also how they told me to undress. They didn't have massage beds that have the hole in the middle (for your stomach) like normal places. The beds were very low to the ground. Suitable for foot massages, the hot stone was a nice touch. She rubbed them on my very fast. It was cold in the room, she was unsure how to adjust it and gave me a towel. Not sure I'll be back. The foot rub was nice, the "deep shoulder" rub lasted maybe 10 minutes, and she did weird movements to my head. read more

Sorry, this place is not it. Get a massage else where. From the beginning I was wondering if the deep tissue would start. Never consulting me nor my friend about areas to focus on. They used a lot of oil, we were lubed up so liberally we could have been rebirthed through a birth canal. However, the gooshing sound of the oil was quite comedic. Technique? I would say more of a lack there of. The slapping and the hitting I've never experienced before. They kept checking in with us, I continually asked for more pressure. This was light at best. And back to the oil. Why weren't we asked lotion or oil? I left with a slick in my hair, a pimple the next day. All these things could potentially lead to some questions of whether or not this is a good life choice or not. IGNORE all of those things. This place is one of the most consistent foot massage shops I've ever been to....and I've tried A LOT of them...each of them leaving with some certain amount of questionable sketchiness as well. I have always been greeted immediately upon entering, and have done multiple 60 mins and 120 mins foot massage packages and have left feeling AMAZING. I generally go with option A. This includes head, arm, foot, back, and shoulder massage. The decor inside is very typical of most foot massage places. All of the therapists are excellent and I've never had any issues. I had a great experience! I got a 90 minute full body massage. The price was great! I had a male masseuse, named Owen, who asked me often how the pressure was. He was professional and did a fantastic job. I saw some reviewers complain about the massaging on the buttox area. You have to realize they are doing a full body massage - they are working on the glute area along with all your other muscles. Asian culture massages can be more "invasive" (for lack of a better word) than typical American massages like at Massage Envy. If you don't want your booty touched, tell them upfront. I really enjoyed my massage and would love to go back if I am in the area again. I also liked how I was wiped with warm cloths after each body section was finished, so I did not leave feeling greasy and lubed up. The place when you walk in is very relaxing, the lights are dimmed low and the place is set up very beautiful . They take you to your own private room of your own. It wasn't the pressure, it was the technique, or should I say, lack of. In addition, the two people kept chit chatting and laughing the entire time the massage was going on. We told the manager who did nothing to make it better. That was money I really didn't have to spend but I was in so much pain from muscle tension we decided to go for it.
