This is an excellent place just to relax and unwind after a long day. They do both body massage and foot reflexology here. I came here for some foot reflexology which is great for a person like me who spends a lot of time standing at work. The whole environment in this place is relaxing and peaceful even though it is located within a shopping mall. It was fairly busy when I went into the place but they did have someone available to take me in right away. The person who worked on me applied just the right amount of pressure during the service and did a great job. I called ahead request a deep tissue arrived reiterated deep tissue a few times ask for 30 minute massage she told me to only take my shirt off after I undressed because it was 30 minutes I explained to her that if she did a deep tissue I would do the 60 she literally was rude and argue with me and said she was just going to give me 30 minutes and let me tell you it wasn't deep tissue then at the end she charged my card and added her tip automatically no one spoke English I was trying to explain myself and couldn't do it will not be back here ever this is like the third time I've said this LOL read more

First, I am a 56 year old man. I have had knee reconstruction, and have some shoulder and spine aches and pains from years of working out and sports etc. Here's the problem- for me. They mostly don't speak English. I went in Monday 4:3 for a low back tweak. I specifically told the man not to work in my neck. He grunted and proceeded to work in my neck. Then he moved to my legs. He very suddenly pushed my leg (laying on stomach) toward my head very sharply and VERY hard. I yelled NOOOO because it hurt like H. I had a flight Monday, and literally could not walk to the gate. I have been in pain in my knee for the first time in 27 years since it was fixed. I have been icing and taking meds and my trip has been ruined. I am still in pain 4 days later with no end in sight. Super disappointed because this didn't have to happen. There is no safety in manipulating bodies the way this guy moved me around and when I tried to communicate- I couldn't. If you're aging, from my experience, this place is actually dangerous. read more

My husband and I both are both athletic and we were both in need of a deep tissue massage. We are new to the area so we just went on MAPS and looked up "massage near me" and this location popped up. It is located inside a mall. Luckily, we called ahead and made an appointment because upon arrival, this place was so packed. Right away, they said their ATM machine wasn't working and AGAIN, luckily, we took out cash before arrival. Once that was settled, They took my husband and I to the back immediately although there were people there already waiting, they were upset. Once in our individual rooms, we were not told any instructions, we were in there just sitting down for about 5 minutes. There was a male/female employee at the moment, we found it weird that the male employee went into my room instead of my husband's? Yes, this is a location you have to take your top off. After confusingly proceeding, the female employee goes into my husbands room. During our 30 Minute massage, the female employee was in and out of the room between the massage, answering phone calls, attending costumers in the front. I was livid, it was so disrespectful hence the fact my husband REALLY NEEDED a deep tissue due to an injury. Once my timer went off for the 30 minutes which I'm thankful the male employee never interrupted my massage for 30 minutes, the female employee ALSO told my husband the massage was over even tough she massaged him for a total of 15 min instead of 30! Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place. read more

impromptu visit. as i had never been there, opted for 30 minute massage. she showed me the 30 minute timer just as she was about to begin - most likely to show the time excluded undressing - which I thought was cool. firm but not too deep pressure, kneading, rubbing (make sure you hydrate when finished). good experience - will return. read more

I went into Asian Island after searching online for the best deals and trying to find a place that could get me in today. Everywhere I called was booked out for at least a week. I decided to try my luck with Asian Island. I loved it!! I got a 60 minute massage for $50. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. Linda took her time and did not rush me out when my 60 minutes were up. The massage was deep and really worked out my knots. I went in pretty stressed out, but left there feeling wonderful!! I was in a lot of pain in my shoulder and I wanted to get a massage the exact same day. I found this place in the mall and saw the deal for $50 for one hour. I was absolutely shocked at how deep tissue and wonderful with hot stones this massage was. I had a woman named Momo and it was probably the best massage I've ever had. A week later I returned and I had Mary who was also very wonderful. I did the special for one hour for $50 and then I did the special for foot reflexology for one hour for $40. Surprisingly, I was pretty impressed as far as mall massage places go. I did the 60 minute massage for 50$ and it was well worth it! The foot reflexology was fantastic! I have always had a great experience here, and the staff are friendly, personable, and just do what they do best: massage therapy. Even though you'd think with it being in a storefront that you may not get privacy, you actually do, and I have fallen asleep almost every time probably thanks to their great reflexology and skills. AND....when I last went there even though it had been months since my last visit, the owner remembered that I had left a pair of sunglasses there and made sure to take them out of a cabinet to give to me! AWFUL! If I could give no stars I would. I went there with a gift certificate I got a year and a half ago today. They refused to give me a massage, despite having NO other customers. They kept saying my gift certificate was no longer valid because it was more than a year old. I explained to them that in MA, it is illegal to have a gift certificate expire before 7 years. They refused to honor it and even better, the man turned away from me, kept playing on the computer and just kept saying no. I was so pissed, first of all it is against the law and second of all the customer service was TERRIBLE. I will be reporting them to the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB for not being in legal compliance. read more
