Took my mother here for massages and the place was aesthetically pleasing and super clean. The staff was lovely and the massages were fantastic. I didn't get the name of our masseuses because they came in and immediately started. I think they do the massages back to back but it was quite lovely especially given the price. I will add that they have you fill out an intake form before your appointment where you insert your information the massage pressure you'd like and what part of your body you would like the massage to focus on it's actually pointless because none of that is used, they didn't check to see who we are and our preferences and even after stating it it didn't happen but it was a good massage for the price and we'll probably return because of it. read more

The masseuses are rude. They gossiped something bad about customers each other so loud.I tipped about 30% but they still asked more and said that you tipped $20 before. I go there for massages at least every month. They are very professional. They do good massages and the people they are very very nice to you after the massage is done. They also give you a bottle of water which is very appreciated after an hour of a good massage while your whole body muscles relax and there are always greeting and waiting with a big smile. This is the business ethics that we need and the hard work and people deserve a review like this thank you very much for a great massages and we will return back every month like I have. OK to be honest, the massage itself was really wonderful. However, you must pay in cash and if you don't have cash they have an ATM machine there. And if you didn't bring your bank card, well then all of a sudden they'll accept a credit card. When I offered what was around a 16% tip, the woman at the desksnubbed her nose at me and made a face. I asked if that was appropriate and again she made a face. Great experience, it was my first time at this facility so I wasn't sure what to expect. Place is clean and beautifully kept. The massage was wonderful, better than I expected. Staff was very friendly and professional. My only suggestion would be that they alert clients prior to coming that payment is cash only, I didn't see anything on the website regarding this. I tried the first time randomly, as I had hip pains and thigh pain for a while. It hurt me a lot whenever i walked a little longer, saying nothing of running. I got X-ray and physical therapy... ending with not helpful... I don't want to take pain killers either. That's easy to get addictive. I just randomly tried before going a trip... it absolutely and immediately worked.... I thought they might help align my bones.. and asked my message therapist later but she said no and they don't do that... but just their own Chinese massage, deep and effective... I definitely recommend and want to promote them... I already told my primary dr how effective it is... I especially liked how they wiped away the massage oil with hot, moist towels after working on each section. Terrible business since they had no record of my appointment and told me I was a walk-in. The massage cost 50$ and when I paid they pointed to large sign at the counter "recommending tip amount but stating gratuity voluntary". When I gave them a 20% tip of 10$ they were angry and pointed to their sign andI quoted tip voluntary and the were furious?! Also they had trouble speaking and understanding English. Avoid this business and go elsewhere for sure! Left feeling worse than upon arrival!! This place should be closed by Better Business Bureau for rude and unacceptable service! The Customer service is horrendous!!! My husband and I got a 2 hour couples massage. The massages were great, no complaints there. My complaint is when we checked out. Our massages cost were $79.99 each, so we left them a 25% tip which I thought was a good tip. Then the receptionist and the 2 masseuse started yelling at us saying that we didn't tip enough. They pointed to a sign behind the reception desk that showed the "Recommended" tip which was a $14 tip on a $39.99 1hr. massage which is a 40% tip. I refused to pay more than the 25% tip. They yelled at my husband and me in front of other customers telling us "that's not enough". I would not go back there again. read more

The customer service here is horrendous. Never have I ever experienced having someone complain about a tip despite it being greater than the standard 20%. Here's the math: my massage was $40 so I gave them $50 and told them to keep the change. That's a 25% tip. They were furious, pointing to a tiny sign that had not caught my eye before saying "recommended tip $12 for 60 minutes." I reluctantly gave them an additional $3 (total tip now $13) knowing that I had already tipped them more than a typical amount and their tone and the things they were yelling at me were incredibly unprofessional. But even then, they were not happy with the tip, saying this $12 recommendation per massage was just a minimum recommendation and I should tip even more! Mind you, a $13 tip calculates out to 32% for a $40 massage. At one point, they had the audacity to say that I shouldn't come back if I'm not going to tip better, as if I'm ever planning to coming back to place with such rude staff. Here's the thing, tipping is about percentages, not absolute numbers. If they're unhappy with the amount I'm giving for a tip, then increase the total price so that the tip calculates out to a standard 20%. It's as simply as that. Moral of the story is that you pay for what you get. There's a reason it was so easy for me to schedule an appointment the night before. I'm sure they keep scaring off customers. If you're looking for a place last minute and ready to pay as high as a 50% tip just to avoid being yelled at, then this is the perfect place. Otherwise, don't waste your time. It was a mistake ignoring the reviews. When I walked in, it was unwelcoming and the women were barking at each other in Chinese. My masseuse, Wendy, assumed I spoke Chinese and said some things I assume were directions, because after I said I wasn't Chinese, all she said was "Okay here's your room." All massage places operate differently, so I was waiting for directions, and she didn't give me any. I sat in the massage room for almost 10 minutes before I decided to walk out and ask for directions. I stepped out and found her taking on her phone. I told her "When you're done, I just have a quick question." She didn't understand me the first 8 times (I shit you not; it was getting frustrating) and she thought I said I wanted to use her phone and I said "No, I just have a question! You just kinda put me in the room and didn't give me any directions." Only then did she say "Ah it's your first time here?" The massage was great, so great that I was willing to overlook the terrible service, but then the service post-massage made it a truly awful experience. They yelled at me for wanting to tip them 25% on a $40 massage. They said that $10 wasn't enough. (They want (35%!!!) $14 on a $40 massage and $21 for a $70 massage....) Another woman came out and said "If it was a good massage, then just pay the tip." I tried to explain to them that I was already willing to give them 25% and they just kept telling me "No! No! That's not enough", all while pointing at their board that said, "20% tip on a $70 massage" and that ALSO said, ironically, "Gratuity is entirely voluntary." I tried to point out those two points too, but they were having their own conversation in Chinese and didn't really understand what I was trying to tell them. The woman, Wendy, refused to break my $20 into 2 $10's unless I tipped her the 35%. These women basically bullied me for me tip and I wish I demanded her to break my $20 into 2 10's or get no tip at all because it was literally one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. read more

They insisted on payment in cash only, (even had an ATM machine on their premises )but refuse to offer a receipt and told me that I would be able to get a receipt for payment from their website. I was not able to get a receipt from their website despite numerous tries to do so. In addition you have to walk up a long staircase just to get on their premises. I am elderly and had much difficulty walking up that steep staircase. Although they advertise that they offer reflexology, they were not set up for it. The whole experience was negative. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! The massage was alright. She was going 2X speed the whole time. It would have been nice to have a slow deep tissue at times like any normal place. My main issue was the service. She had her phone at the edge of the massage bed the whole time and it would vibrate constantly. She left the room twice mid massage to talk to a coworker. The first time I didn't pick up my head, but the second time I did and the DOOR WAS OPEN. My back and behind were exposed and I heard a male customer outside. Extremely uncomfortable. Now, why would I tip after that??? When I was leaving I paid and was about to head out when i was harassed for not tipping. I told them why I wasn't going to tip and the masseuse and manager proceeded to yell at me that I need to tip and needed to tell her what was wrong during my massage. This is common sense to shut the door, no? And turn your phone off or at least put it away. I ended up leaving $10 because I felt uncomfortable and they yelled at me as I was walking out of the door. I brought cash to pay, like I always do in the service industry businesses (I work in one). I brought $40 for the massage, then $10 tip (which is 25%). When I paid, the woman said I didn't tip enough - to which she pointed to a sign that was a small plastic frame behind the desk, invisible to clientele. I did comment that you can't dictate a tip - that a tip is gratuity, and the customers' choice - not only that, I was already tipping 25%! So, I handed her an additional $5 (the last of my cash on me), and she stood there just looking at me, and turned to her co-worker and started talking about me directly in front of me. I asked for my change - if you're going to tell me what I HAVE to "tip", then I want my change on principle. She then tells me she doesn't have change. There's an ATM there, but they charge you $3 to withdraw. So, I originally came in, paid and was tipping 25%, then was forced to tip more, was pidgin-holed into paying even more than THAT again because she had no change, and was spoken down to. My husband and I used to come here often - I've moved out of state, but still wanted to support the business... Not again. Just so everyone knows, a massage is $52/hr, not $39.99 - so plan accordingly. read more
