I scoped it out and checked out their story, which showed client's nails and they looked amazing! I called ahead to see if they accepted walk ins and I was connected to Yani, the owner. She was kind, accommodating (because I have sensitive nail beds) and genuinely interested in me having an experience. I show up and I have Amanda, who Yani described as the one who would ensure that she's gentle for clients like myself. Let me tell you, I was blown away! I actually got to relax. Yani, showed up to the appointed and greeted me and offered me a sip of choice from coffee, water, wine, you name it. I accepted the water, she opened up my bottle and the rest is history. I ended up with a beautiful gel manicure and regular pedicure which was $60. I added a paraffin treatment for my feet ($15) and baby, my feet feel silky smooth. My appointment was about a 1.5hr and felt quicker than that. The staff were friendly, the customer service was excellent, the restroom and establishment were clean. The owner was very nice, she accommodated me for a last minute appointment. I got a builder gel mani and gel pedi. The pedicure service was okay, the tech cut my skin and made me bleed. Without apologies or offering to discount the service. The manicure was perfect leaving the shop, but in less than a day my nails were chipping and breaking off. This was so disappointing as I paid $128 and tipped. I did not have time for repairs as I was in town for work and had long days. I was so disappointed in the poor quality because the shops aesthetic is nice and the owner is nice, I wanted to give them fiver stars so bad. The complimentary wine and coffee is a plus. But unfortunately I can't because of the poor quality of service.
