We waited until Monday to call because weekend service calls for anything like this are always astronomical. They showed up that same day! After seeing how hot it was in our house, they moved around clients that just needed regular servicing, to get our AC installed as soon as finally possible. They installed the new units on Wednesday and by Wednesday night, we were comfortable and cool again. The technician (who is one of the owners) and his helper were both super friendly and helpful and very caring. We've had a Freon leak in our system for years, which we just lived through by recharging the freon ever year, but once it was too bad this year, it was DONE. These guys helped us so fast and at a much more reasonable price that we had expected.

Enoch and his wife Heather really deliver the very best customer service and excellent work of any company I've called in the greater Austin area. They answer my calls quickly, get me on the schedule when it's convenient for me and their prices are very fair. I've had Enoch replace my sprinkler system control unit, broken lines, fix mis-firing zones and right after that terrible freeze last year I had to have the back flow unit replaced. My A/C had gone out a couple of days before, and I was expecting a long wait, and a high bill since theres only a few A/C folks in the area, small town, which usually drives prices sky high, since businesses know you have limited choice. I placed calls to the 3 places in the area, and left messages with all three at 10AM. I never got a call back from one of em, I got a call back 2 days later from another one, but I didn't need either one of em because Polasek's had called me back at 1pm the day I called. I described the issue to him, and he said he was on a few jobs that afternoon, and was headed out of town that evening to do an out-of-town repair, but that he would try to swing by before he left. I was floored that he was going to try and fit me in. He showed up, took a look at the outside unit, came back in, and told me it was fixed shortly after, just a capacitor, no problems,and charged me a FANTASTIC price. I've been in the middle of renovating a rental property, and I noticed the AC was no longer cooling…read morethe air. So, Wes came by yesterday to fix my malfunctioning AC. He was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a nearby ant mound shorting out the power line connection, imagine that) and fixed it, all within 30 minutes. I was fully expecting to replace the AC, especially since the unit is 16 years old. But I only paid a very small fraction of the cost to get a fully working AC. Would be seeing him again for future HVAC work!
