They were right in the middle and we're glad we chose them for the value. They did amazing work. What made it better is they kept the timeframe that they said it would need to be done. I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

We were in need of removing a glass block wall that separated the spa from the pool because of cracks in the block that made it dangerous for kids to play in the pool. We also needed to replace the tile around the pool and spa and also resurface the entire pool. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and the process that he would implement. He was very helpful in helping me find just the right tile color for the look I wanted as well as the coloring of the marquis surface. HIs entire crew was very conscientious, hardworking and respectful. Mr. Eddy checked on them every day and made sure everything was perfect and that the area was cleaned up daily. He made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. The price he quoted is the price we paid. The pool turned out beautiful and only took 13 days from start to finish. My pool was neglected for 3 weeks due to the technicians not being able to access because of a gate code. I will take full responsibility for that BUT Not once was I ever contacted to retrieve the new code until 3 weeks later. I was told that they tried to contact me several times, which is not true. I run a family business from my home and the phone is always answered personally by my mother 8-5 pm. Very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this pool company to anybody !
