I don't understand why so many reviewers complain about "realtor fees" since that is part of the business and they are very up front about it. You either pay it and get the place or you don't because you don't like the fee. I really don't see the big deal. And look, I'm not rich or affluent or anything like that. I just believe that if one doesn't agree with a service, that person is not obligated to partake in that transaction. So anyway, on those two occasions of working with Rentnoho, they were very comprehensive and communicative. Both locations were excellently suitable to my lifestyle and both worked out magnificently. I went to great lengths to help my dad deal with the lack of support he got from this company when listing his apartment. The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Based on her behavior and reactions to emails/messages, you can tell she regularly gets negative feedback on the way she runs her business. If she had pride in her company at all, she wouldn't treat her customers in a rude and demeaning manner. I got feedback from many potential renters saying that they would prefer not to work through rentnoho, and now I know why. I do not recommend this company. If you're new to the area, you're better off getting an apartment through Facebook marketplace than this company.

Grown extremely frustrated with them not returning calls, refusing to talk on the phone and only email. Being 3 hours away too didn't help but with this amount of money involved i would think they would be responsive. I was getting ready to either do an Air BNB or hotel for a few weeks till we found something. Just on a last ditch effort reached out to Robinsons late on a Friday night. Monday morning had a return call, Tuesday viewed the apartment and applied, Wednesday afternoon had conformation and accepted application. I really can't say enough about Jen and how absolutely professional, fast acting, and quick to respond to our communications. People with cash to put down that day and great credit scores should not have to deal with the nonsense of the various other rental companies in the area.
