The layout of the machines is very simple so you know exactly where what machine you want is and everyone I saw wiped their area down after each use. We stopped in one evening (during what seemed like their busiest time), and one of the guys working instantly offered to show us around and help us sign up if we wanted. He was super helpful! We got the black card membership, which ends up being less than what we paid at the YMCA, and includes things at PF like tanning & massage chairs. We were always intimidated by the atmosphere at the Y so we never used much equipment. At PF we instantly felt comfortable enough to go try out the machines. They're nice, clean, and no one is judging you. The staff is always super friendly when we go there too. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would be nice to have things like a sauna. But overall, we are super happy with our gym switch.

It's been 9 months now and I love coming here. My flexibly is better after old sports injuries, I am stronger, and injury free. I send my clients with chronic pain here to complete their wellness and at home care for strength, as part of their rehabilitation. They are professional, knowledgeable, have integrity, and I can trust them with my clients. I have also gained confidence, dropped 20 lbs, two dress sizes, and my legs look fantastic! Hours for lap swim posted on their website are usually not correct as pool is not open when hours posted say it is. Was told by front desk people their website is not accurate and I should only use their new 'app' to check hours. So I loaded app and have used that to check pool lap swim hours. Tried to swim on weekday last week. Checked app 2 hours prior and said lap swim open 1:00-5:00 pm. Arrived at 2:10, changed and got to pool deck at 2:15 only to be told "We are closing for 30 minutes from 2:30 to 3:00 today." Today, a Sunday, at 9:00 a.m. app says pool open for lap swim from 10:00-1:00 pm. Arrived at 11:00 only to find out pool is closed due to swim team practice. they are "very sorry" for my inconvenience. This has happened 4 or 5 times in past month. Frustrating to plan my day/week, drive to the YMCA, and show up only to find out pool is not available. Seems like this is happening more and more often in past 5-6 weeks. If only we could know when pool will be available for lap swim. Seems like this should not be that hard to do. Put someone in charge of schedule and posting updates. And, once hours posted, stick to that schedule.

It's not too crowded, and it's open 24-7. If you are a MAC member you can go here, or any other facility which is a nice benefit too. The only downside is that they don't have lockers, but otherwise I have been very happy coming here when I want to swing in for a quick workout in a comfortable environment.
