Scare tactics! I diligently searched for another dentist and thank God found Nory dental! They confirmed I needed a deep cleaning but charged me $1200 No antibiotics needed! Dr. Noury is very knowledgeable and caring! Its a practice with only one dentist! I only saw Dr. Fabelo at this location once in 2 years at Complete or AllCare Dental! Nory got me scheduled immediately ! Since using Nory dental My mouth is now healthy and on its way to being normal again ! This Dental 1940 Tamiami office is a scam to rip you off! She's extremely gentle and was so concerned about my well-being during my scaling. She made is less painful than it had to be and I will go to her every time I go back. I met the doctor...he explained the scaling procedure and asked what my concerns were, if any. He listened and gave me suggestions and was also gentle in his explanations. The office is always willing to work with you if you are forthcoming with any concerns or fears you may have. I recommended them to all of my family and now they are going to visit real soon.

But based on how rude the front desk person is, I'm choosing to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other dentists in the area to choose from. I'd recommend you shop around and see how they treat you at the front desk. It's very telling of how your experience will be from there forward. Unfortunately I've seen these kind of people before and they make the experience terrible. The front desk woman at this place is one of those fantastic non-educated, class-lacking rude people that you see all those hilarious IG videos about them (like the people that work at the DMV, the post office, and medical offices). The kind of employees that think they are god and can make all the rules for how your experience will go. If you dare to challenge their archaic practices (like them REFUSING to help you get a copy of your proper dentist's records -- most practices will help you via a form they send to your old doc to request your record, you just need to sign off on the release form), the rude way they talk to you, the ridiculous hoops for you to jump through, you are seen as a "miserable person" and they will call you such in their response to your review. Lol if I was a guy challenging the way this front desk lady operated, I would be seen as "attempting to set better business practices" by calling out the poor experience. But since I'm a woman, naturally the "powers that be" at this place paint me as a Karen. Whatever. I'm glad to be a Karen if it means I can call out this place for having a horribly unhelpful, rude, and miserable front desk person.
