She listens to all of my concerns before she even gets started. Today a very sweet girl named Katelyn got my X-rays while I waited for Laurie. She was an absolute sweetheart. Let's face it we all hate getting our teeth x-rayed because it's uncomfortable but she made it as quick as possible so all was good. Dr. Brad Samuel came in to do the examination and he was thorough making sure I didn't have any issues. The office staff are wonderful as well. They are attentive to any and all questions. That alone was getting me to the point where I was close to saying F this and just leaving and asking my dentist to refer me somewhere else. She was talking to me like I was a child, because I didn't know specific information THAT I DID NOT HAVE SINCE DELTA DID NOT GIVE US AN INSURANCE CARD. But now the big kicker is a bill that I've received THREE MONTHS AFTER MY EXTRACTION, saying that we owe almost $3000 out of freaking no where. We were told that we only owed $600 and some change after insurance, so that's what we payed. and now all of a sudden we're getting a bill (which says late, but how is it a late bill if WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT IT) that says we owe almost $3000. I'll be calling in the AM to learn more, but this has tanked any good feelings I had about this business. They would never get any sort of recommendation from me to anyone I know.

The office staff was really friendly and check-in was quick. After a couple of x-rays, the hygienist started doing the cleaning and she was incredibly gentle. I have had cleanings at other practices where my mouth ached for days afterwards, but not at this practice. My dentist did a quick exam and explained everything to me. It was a really great experience and I'm glad I chose here to get my dental work done. My next appointment will be to fill a cavity, so my next experience here probably be so bubbly, but I think I have a good team to get me through it.

I will continue to see Dr Son, but will never let Kimberly near my mouth again. Dr, son was very nice an knowledgeable. I just can't get over how rude and schoolmarmish Kimberly was. She was a know it all and was clearly closed minded to anything other than the education she was indoctrinated to believe no questions asked. I believe she is probably a trump supporter. Fluoride is a waste stream of aggregate mining, and it is the most available mineral on earth almost, and mine industries have tricked the dental profession to put the poison on our teeth where it can be absorbed sublingual straight into your blood stream, ( A known poison) because they have no way to safely and cheaply dispose of this toxin. Final thoughts, Kimberly is a ignorant ass with no charisma, a closed mind and needs to seek a profession where she does not interact with people. I went to this office because sleep dentistry was part of the services offered, in the end though I did not need this service, Dr Son proved to be as good as his word and extracted four teeth, two broken off at the gum line, with NO pain. I was amazed, I had never had an easier, pain free experience in a dentists office. The staff was attentive and actually listened to my concerns and did what was needed to make my visit as trama free as possible.
