Zero stars really. They made my dentures two sizes to big I told them and they only changed the padding on the denture. I called to complain and mentioned I still have not even picked up my permanent set because I couldn't even close my mouth with them in I only had the temporary set and all they said is that there was a $100 balance which I said yes I was gonna pay when I received the permanent set which at this point I have already paid $5900. They are terrible run never go especially for denture. If you do want dentures I highly recommend Noles family dentistry in Denham springs. read more

Very worst experience! I made an appointment and when I came, they did some basic things that all dental did. Then after that they told me waiting for the dentist came. After 30 min wait. I asked how long I need to wait for. And They said sorry we did not have any dentist availability at this time, I may need come back later or redo my schedule. I said I would not reschedule, then they said ok I could leave. After that I thought everything was ok . After 8 months, I received the bill I need to pay for them doing nothing. read more

Dont come here unless you have 2+ hours to spend. I have a very strict schedule to adhere to most days. I came in the first time and waited in the lobby for almost an hour. I understand that sometimes things get busy, so I rescheduled. I am currently sitting at my rescheduled appointment, in a chair, waiting to get my teeth cleaned - I have been in this chair for an HOUR. Its currently 12:04. My appointment was at 11. Bad business practices here. After an hour of waiting, someone comes in. Looks at me for 30 seconds, says I need surgery and leaves. The craziest thing, I am here for a cleaning with no teeth pain? The office manager in there two years ago was absolutely horrible! When she found out, I had Medicare insurance I turned into an instant scumbag! She wouldn't even give me an appointment and never called me back! What a bitch didn't realize is that I'm quite wealthy and can easily pay for my own dental work.... Oh all they did was x-ray my mouth and look at my teeth! Which was supposed to be Free! don't ever believe that shit!! Of course that stupid bitch got whatever she could from Medicare and then sent me a bill for $180. i'm usually not this blunt but the management at that time and place absolutely SUCKS!!!! read more

They have a motto that " Smiles are Contagious", but do not practice. I was refused service after waiting one and a half hours. I never raised my voice, I never raised my voice, I never cursed, I didn't threatened. I paitently waited for one and a half hours. I was shuffled from room to room. I only asked when I would be seen, which I think anyone would after such a long wait. then I was called to pay, and told I needed to come back two hours later for the re-cementing of bridge. of course I asked why, and was then told my thats my appointment was only an evaluation. I described my initial call to set up the appointment, that it was an emergency and cementing a bridge, she said that's not "her fault". I put my head in my hands out of frustration and gave her my CC. after a couple minutes the office manager and two others rallied around her and said I should go someplace else. I asked why, was told member of staff was "uncomfortable" with me in the office. I asked what "uncomfortable" meant and received no explanation. I stated I didn't understand since I had not raised my voice, threatened, cursed or was in any way threatening, and no one said I had. They "huddled" said for me to pay and return at 1:30. I paid and left, and on my way back for my 2nd appointment, received a call from them. The "office manager" then stated I was not welcome in their office and they would "refund" the payment. Again, I asked why and for some explanation, but never received one. I hate to draw conclusions but am left with no choice and I will tell you why. Every member of the staff was Black, and every other paitent that was treated in my visit also was. I am White. I hate to think in 2024, with a National Dental company that this is acceptable, but they apparently are the exception. read more

It's just a big money scheme! Tried convincing me I needed 10000 in work done, when I just needed a tooth pulled! After a long time of expressing what I needed, and did not need or want any of the other crap, I fi ally got my tooth extracted, and that took forever. She was talking to the girls about the movie that was on, and I never had a dentist leave the room so many times. Went to office in May 2018 to fix three teeth. Got talked into having eight teeth pulled including four of the lower front teeth, with the promise of filigree dentures. As of September 2019,I still don't have the dentures, am out three grand, and they want another two grand to get what I was supposed to get in the first place. Meanwhile, the cheap plastic set was so tight it knocked out a filling that they wanted me to pay to fix. Reported them to the BBB and they refused to respond. Their satisfaction guarante is complete BS. Their corporate office claimed that all work had been done when only half had been compleated. The dentist are alright, it's the financial people that are the problem. Since I have been there, this is the third set. All incompetent. My advice... run to another dentist. read more

Got extractions and she left some roots and fragments of broken teeth with x-rays right in front of her face couldn't wear my temporary dentures from the pain.when she was done she jammed the temporary dentures in cutting and scraping was bleeding heavily and I didn't know it and she let me leave !absolute worst experience in my life wish I could fire her read more

I hadn't read the prior reviews before I booked my first appointment so I had no expectations for this visit. However, I am now on my second visit with them and they are amazing!! I haven't been to the dentist in years (kind of scared)! They were very patient, accommodating, and professional!! I spoke to the new dentist about the old reviews an she assured me that was before her starting there!! She was awesome!! I will definitely stick with them for all my future dental care!! The last two times I went, I didn't even see the dentist, only the hygienist. My last appointment was scheduled six months ago for 8 am. A few days before the appointment, I got an email confirming my 8 am appointment. The morning of the appointment, I got a text saying "See you at 8:30." When I got to the office, they had changed my appointment to 8:30 without asking me. I had a job interview at 9:15. At 8:20 they were calling the hygienist because he was a no call, no show and still not at work. I walked out because I wasn't going to miss my job interview and will not be going back. This place seems more like a money making scheme than a place that cares about your health. read more

Worst dentist office in the Baton Rouge area. I went in with my dad because he wanted to do a cleaning. Long story short, We came in we felt like they treated us different because we were Latinos. I ignored that, I just wanted my dad to feel comfortable. So we get things done, when it came down to check out, we went to the billing office and the lady asked my dad if he wanted to do something with the cavity he had. He said yes, but then realized it was very expensive. So he pays cash and at that moment he leaves $100 for the treatment. When I came back to get my money back, they said they didn't do cash refunds. It was not a refund. My dad paid that ahead and never got the treatment done. So be very careful when paying cash. It's been two years and they keep telling me I'll get a check in the mail. I'm here at the office and they still think I need a refund. So I have to wait another 3 months to get my check. read more

There is always something with this place every time I go there. Today I had an appointment and I had to wait for an hour before I was called to get my teeth cleaned. My hygienist did a half ass job with the cleaning and he was very unprofessional. He an another co worker were trash talking other employees while I was in the room. I went here and they saw me within an hour. They were all friendly not sure what everyone else was talking about. The place is very clean and I saw everyone. I had a tooth taken out and I was in there less then two hours. Yes, every doctor you go to you will have to wait so everyone needs to just chill out. They gave me a huge discount because they didn't even take my insurance. 170.00 for visit and xray and a tooth taken out, that a great price. I would good back and I live an 1 1/2 a way. read more
