I filled out the medical questionnaire and gave it briefly to the receptionist to give to the doctor. I had x-rays and went to the exam room. There were 2 assistants there. One of them said he would be taking care of my tooth. I told him I needed to be premeditated with antibiotics before any gentle procedures because I had joint replacements. I asked could they do it in the clinic or did I have to do the 10 day course and come back in 2 weeks. I think he wasn't sure what to do so he went to talk to the dentist in her office where she had apparently been viewing my x-rays. He looked briefly at my tooth. I thought the dr would come in and go over my medical history. I thought she would bring in my x rays and talk briefly about my the extraction. Now this is the UNBELIEVABLE part. At NO time did this woman ever come in to the exam room. At NO time did she ever speak to me. Not ONE word. I only saw her when she rolled her office chair out to sit next to the receptionist as I was paying for my visit and asking questions about payment plans. Then the RECEPTIONIST told me I needed medical clearance from my Dr before they could do any work on me I was a little confused by all this and realized the Dr was sitting right there and still had not said one word. Wouldn't you think her being the Dr would have talked to me about that instead of having her receptionist try to stumble through some sort of explaination? She never said ONE word. Earlier I did hear her tell her assistant my tooth was "unsalvigable ". No kidding. In my 77 years I have never seen such BAZAAR behavior. They never gave me a diagnosis. I guess I did that myself​ and pretty t y much laid out my own treatment. There was never any courtesy at all from her. There was no professionalism in that clinic at all. It was absolute arrogance on her part. What kind of person behaves that way? Maybe because I declined any interest in an implant ,bone graft or cosmetic procedure she wasn't interested in speaking to me. I don't know hername because she never bothered to introduce herself. She did have a nice picture on the receptionist desk saying she builds strong bonds with her patients etc.ect. i believe her name is dr Alkebßi.had to look at their ad on line.​

When I called to ask about the bill, the front desk said that the provider they booked me with that day might not have been covered. When I asked why that wasnt communicated with me, they said they could just put a note for next time. They do not let their patients know if the "provider that day is covered by your insurance" and then send surprise bills.

After having one filling done, I began experiencing pain in a tooth that had never bothered me before the appointment. When I later discussed this with my family, they expressed concern that the treatment may have caused the issue rather than helped it. Over a month later, the office contacted me to ask whether I wanted to move forward with the crowns. (The gentlemen calling, said the doctor wanted to know if I want to start treatment with one crown) By that time, I had already decided not to return. My husband and daughter were also seen the same week and both felt uncomfortable with their visits. Based on our experiences, we do not trust the treatment recommendations and have chosen to seek care elsewhere. I would encourage others to ask questions and consider second opinions before proceeding with extensive dental work here

Now that I finally have dental benefits, I decided to try btyDENTAL. I'm very happy that I chose this practice. Dr. Dom is very good at his job. During the consultation phase, he explained all the options I had and what the pros and cons were for each. He made it very easy for me to decide on my plan of action to get myself to better health for my teeth (and gums). During the two procedures so far (deep cleanings) he was very efficient and thorough in making sure that he got everything out. The two assistants that took care of me are amazing! I'll start with Reggie. She took care of all the x-rays and assisted Dr. Dom during the deep clean procedures. She has an awesome personality that put me at ease. I was very nervous and apologetic for what she was about to deal with because my teeth are jacked. She assured me not to worry and that their team was there to get me fixed up. After the cleaning procedures, Anahi took care of the polishing, flossing and fluoride wash and things like that. She also put me at ease and took very good care of my teeth. Both Reggie and Anahi have great singing voices btw and they will usually be singing along with the radio while working. Little things like that helped me feel comfortable during the procedures. After Anahi was singing along to Paparazzi, I showed her my video clips of the Gaga concert I went to and she just gushed with jealousy. Everyone at the practice is great! Dr. Dom has put together an amazing team that actually cares about their patients. Highly recommend.

My account has never been past due and payments have been made every single month. The reason I was concerned was because you guys were pulling the payment on your own time which was not authorized. If you take a look at the " financial agreement" I had crossed off my credit card information for privacy, it says that the payment is my responsibility. There is nothing on there that says you have the right to automatically debit any financial account due to nonpayment. After having my lawyer review this document as well they agreed that you do not have any written authorization and no authorization to debit my debit card as you mentioned, you guys had made an exception on your own will, and no further documentation or papers were provided. Because my office experience was so negative, it did take months to reach out. But that is also because my first few payments were made by myself manually where the other couple I noticed you were pulling unlawfully. Trying to make more seem like I'm angry in debt is extremely wrong. Any further responses negative from this office I do have legal rights to fight this, but it is just not worth my time as I do all the balance and I have no issue with paying. All of this could've been avoided if the office wanted to admit that they did not have signed authorization, but you have been so distasteful that this is now the route we're going. Aside from having a lawyer I've worked at financial institutions for the last 10 years and I know what an authorized automatic debit form should look like legally. This office is shady and they are horrible. And I will not be removing any post. Notice how my concerns with the roughness of the dentist have not been addressed at all. The only concern is their name being talked about.

I will say Dr Bahl is absolutely amazing! 4stars are all because how amazing she is with my son that has a really hard time. Only reason for not giving 5stars is the assistants are friendly but sometimes give wrong info. Today was a perfect example. Assistant came in she was very friendly, but notified us of needing a novacain shot and numming gel, and that also there would be drilling. That immediately sent our son into anxiety. Issue being is we prepped the tooth and used spacers an week ago to avoid this (so that's what we thought). The interesting thing is if our son didn't freak out he would have gotten nummed for no reason. Our son likes and trusts Dr Bahl so he asked for her. Good thing to. No numming needed... I went over 15 years without going to a dentist due to fear after a bad experience with oral surgery. Last year I broke my tooth and had to go. I called Sunrise because they were the closest. They were busy but I was in pain so they said "just come now". Everyone was so kind and accommodating and they fixed me up right there. Over the next year they got my oral health all back on track after my 15 year break. Yesterday I had the oral surgery that was started 15 years ago finished. I had so much anxiety going into this that I almost canceled a few times. It actually ended up being a good experience. They were quick. They were kind. I experienced no pain and 24 hours later my recovery is going very well. It even cost less than the estimate when I went to pay, because according to the receptionist it was easier than they expected and had quoted. This office is kind, honest and highly skilled in what they do.
