Quick, easy and great with kids. The kids get excited every time I tell them we have to go. The movies are a great distraction.

I canceled my appointment with her and consulted my dentist turns out, I did not need a root canal. now waiting for my permanent crown to be made. have never felt such a disconnect with a professional as I did with her.

One visit to this dentist was a microcosm of everything that is wrong with the health care industry…read morethese days. I visited from out of town and came to see the dentist as an emergency patient as I was in some discomfort. The visit should have been a consult with the dentist so I could articulate the problem followed by tests and diagnosis. Not here. Off the bat the receptionist presented me with an almost $400 bill for tests that needed to be done before I even got face time with the dentist. My spidey sense told me that something was off here. I should have just walked out. After pushing back on tests that would have been done on teeth that do not even exist I was told "well just pay now and we will refund later". I was therefore forced to pay for a $150 cone beam scan that was not needed nor did the dentist ever even look at! When all was said and done in the end I paid $300 out of pocket for a 5 minute consult with the dentist who told me that she was really not the right dentist to treat me in the first place. Dr Chen needs to understand that money does not grow on trees. I get it. Let's run a battery of tests on patients so we can get them in and out and on to the next. The cost to excessive testing comes from the patients wallet and this is why my visit was a complete waste of time and money. Dr Chen needs to seriously evaluate the patient experience from start to finish and make changes accordingly. She needs to start by figuring out what the patient needs and what tests to run that can further the patients treatment. Doctor was very kind and had a good manner but I would never ever come back

Unfortunately, the doc wasn't there but one of the other dental techs was there. Let's call her K. Unreal. I'm so many ways. If how K operated is any indication of how Dr. C is.....which I know it is because I have had family come here....then this place is a no brainer to go to for dental work. I want to say that I addressed my hesitations regarding dental work....specifically, a contraption called...the Cavitron. For those who don't know, the Cavitron version 1 alpha was designed specifically for inducing unbearable and unimaginable pain for which you will be permanently scared for the rest of your life. So much so...even hearing the word Cavitron takes you back to the seat and reliving the trauma. I told K my experience and she reassured me that the old model is bad, she's going to use the newer model but will do some fine tuning work manually so as not to take me back to a bad place. She was amazing. I had to tell K at the end of my session how masterful she was and also that she provided me with much closure from my past. K spoke highly of the dentist as well as what they do there. Don't believe me? Call and try to make a new patient appointment. I had to wait 6 months.....there is a reason for that. This place is top notch. Rarely does it happen where I have one experience completely dispel my fear as well as define an establishment based on limited exposure. This is that place. I just know it. What a amazing experience. I made my 6 month follow up before leaving and I intend to go. Again, if you want a fantastic experience and a place that knows what they are doing for dental work and are not afraid to go above and beyond to make it a good experience for you....this is the place. See you all in 6 months.

Ericka performed the majority of my initial appointment to prepare for my root canal, and it went by quickly and efficiently. She's a pleasure to talk to and she clearly explained my case and alongside Dr. West, explained the plan for the root canal My root canal performed by Dr. West was ENTIRELY pain free. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure and could tell that he was being very thorough. It is evident that he takes tremendous pride in his work, and he has a beautiful office and practice to show for it. It's definitely no accident that his team is comprised of the kind, communicative people I had the pleasure of interacting with; dental work/root canals can be stressful, but I never once felt stressed in his team's care. The billing department was simple to work with and handled my insurance seamlessly. Rio called me to assure all my information was correct and to had a quote of my bill in time for me to review before my appointment. She had clear numbers outlined for me and helped me devise a simple payment plan for my treatment. From walking in to leaving, my appointments here have been so smooth and professional. I was originally referred from my dentist at Stadium Dental and am so happy that I scheduled with Dr. West!

Throughout the procedure, they explained exactly what they were doing and what to expect, which really helped put me at ease. Even the numbing injections (whatever they use these days!) were virtually painless. I was also impressed by how much modern technology they use. The equipment and techniques were far beyond what I expected. If you ever find yourself needing a root canal, I highly recommend putting Dr. Goerig and his team at the top of your list. When my husband's insurance finally came through, I jumped ship to middle class dentist care. NW was kind, made an appointment within two weeks of my reference. They were upfront about cost before my appointment. They examined me with a big window to a squirrel feeder (five stars on that alone), they were kind, spoke to me with respect and intellect. Then they scheduled a root canal that afternoon after the exam. It had calcified due to lack of care from my previous dentist. It didn't hurt. They explained everything. They "loved the challenge." Night and day, the treatment towards me as a human was wildly different from Brite Now. I don't think it's fair when insurance for educators pegs you with . Life is stressful enough when you are poor. I am grateful my husband's insurance got me real medical professionals. I don't feel a thing and got immediate care. Thank you!
