I entered the clinic just after 9:30 AM. I was greeted promptly and professionally. After providing needed insurance information and submitting to general health checks I was immediately taken to an exam room. Within minutes my concern was quickly diagnosed and the Nurse Practitioner and team initiated the needed procedure to resolve. OH What A Relief (from the pain). I homestead down-state and this is the first time I required medical attention while staying at our Prudenville house. I'm very grateful the walk-in was open on Saturday. My sincere thanks to the three lovely and caring ladies that took care of me in my moment of need. It's nice to know there is a quality and caring medical facility in this neighborhood!

The doctor ordered them before the MA was finished with My intake. Fast results, she called in paxlovid with no fuss, at my request, and my script was ready and waiting at Walgreens before I arrived at the store. Check in was speedy and welcoming friendly, as I'm already with a Munson Health provider for my doctor, so they knew all of my information without me having to try and remember while I'm sick. Medical Assistant was extra kind and helpful. The doctor was excellent and I received my online results of my tests before the doctor came in. Fast, dependable, and skilled. I will definitely be back when I need them. Their hours are extended, so easy to get care when you need it. Highly recommend this Urgent Care!! Kuddos to all the staff!

I had a kidney stone that they said was 4mm and I would pass, turned out after 3 trips to the E.R. it was not 4 but closer to 7 and needed emergency surgery. Located next to the West Shore Hospital Emergency Room (where you should head for more serious ailments), the Walk-In is spacious, clean, and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes between the time of arrival and being seen by a doctor. Even if they are out of network for your health insurance, the cost for services is relatively reasonable. I tend to be skittish about the seeing the doctor, but the environment here is straightforward and calm. Although I've only visited for acute issues, I think that you can also schedule pre-arranged appointments for more routine procedures like physicals and immunizations.
