So I always ask others who live in the area what dentist they recommend and elite smiles off course came highly recommended. Staff here were friendly but the highlight for me was my hygienist Andrea- literally felt like we were besties we talked the entire time, my dentist visit felt like it went so fast but I had a good deep cleaning with X-rays lasting an hour. Once the dentist came in too super friendly, I booked my six month out appointment for my next cleaning as well due to this amazing experience. I will say so many people have jobs because they pay the bills but Andrea really was passionate about her work, keeping me comfortable the entire time and was so friendly.

Well, one dentist in San Antonio said I did need three fillings, but the VA and two other dentists said no. One became an infection and I had a root canal. But that former dentist still didn't pick up on the other cavities, and the first cleaning was cursory. So, I tried Spears Creek after I received a flyer from them. Once they identified the carries, they quickly made an appointment to fill the cavities and put a protection on the other teeth so they wouldn't get cavities. The hygienist thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I was so glad. The doctor and the staff are very competent. They don't miss anything, and they make you feel at ease. I would say this is the best dentist I've gone to in my whole entire life! And that's saying something! If you want a great dentist, go here. They know how to evaluate your dental health.

I had been seen at this office before and my previous dentist was aware of my dental fluorosis and concerns regarding the appearance and condition of my teeth. Unfortunately, since she has moved, my recent experience with Dr. Cook left me extremely anxious and uncertain. I went in regarding a tooth I had been told appeared chipped/exposed rather than obviously decayed. During the procedure, the atmosphere noticeably shifted and became very quiet, which immediately made me feel like something was wrong. Dr. Cook continued drilling, the tooth became significantly smaller, and I eventually had to ask if something was wrong before being told the tooth had "crumbled" and that I may now need a crown down the line. 1 was visibly upset afterward and asked to speak with the manager. Although she initially came to talk to me and walked me back to the room, she left before Dr. Cook came in to further explain the situation, despite how overwhelmed I clearly was. I also had another area smoothed down between two teeth after mentioning it felt rough, but since then that area has become sensitive and painful as well. I paid $517 for two fillings and left with more uncertainty, anxiety, and insecurity about my smile than confidence. 1 am mentally exhausted from the situation and honestly do not even feel comfortable returning for another follow-up. I understand unexpected things can happen in dentistry, but communication, reassurance, and patient trust matter just as much as the procedure itself. Sadly, this experience felt very different from I have still not received my complete unedited video or patient ledger as requested June 2, 2026.

Tammy Scott promptly scheduled my bridge procedure for March 5. During the procedure, Dr. Noonan carefully explained every step and let me know what to expect, which helped put me at ease. I have had severe dental anxiety ever since a root canal 35 years ago, so his patience, gentle approach, and willingness to take his time meant a great deal to me. In my 42 years of adulthood, Dr. Noonan is without question in the top 1 percent of dentists I have ever experienced. He made the entire experience very comfortable and accommodating. I also appreciated the office environment. Because of my diabetes, I needed to use the restroom several times during my visit, and both restrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I had read good reviews…read moreonline about the office, and after a small mix-up with the two offices and which Doctor was in the network, I found the one. I thought things were cooking in a good way. I met with the doctor, and we went over the plans of what cavities I needed to have fixed and the cleaning as well. She seemed nice, but rushed and quick. The chairs also are not in their own private space its all together, so that is not my favorite either. The front desk people have a hard job. I get it, customers and clients are just trying to make sure that they are getting the right insurance billed and collecting the right money. Anyway, I had to change something last minute, and let me say, normally I think that sometimes that is asking a lot, but other times I think that it's doable and not with a certain attitude about it. I did share that I have a disability that is not always seen from an outisder nebver the less I help brige that with my letter from my doctor and me. I had one hygienist who was really good with me. She helps make the experiences so good that I share them with them, and that if I could have her again, that would be great. Well, they never had me with her; instead, I was with others who probably never read my letter. The times that I had to get cavities filled, it was really scary and hard; there were lots of butterflies and tears. I have always had tears, and in my last office, my dentist and the hygienist were amazing; they would go above and beyond to help me. Here, nothing, just kept going and then sat in the chair, and then moved on. I was just a patient here, and one that most likely was labeled a challenge. I finally was done walking out of the office with tears each time. I have found a new office that welcomes disabilities and does a great job of comforting and caring for each person's life. They are family and not just a patient. This might be a great option for someone, but not for me. I want a place where you are welcomed for you diffenreces or not, and where being scared or nervous is not a bother, but instead they take the extra time to help make it a better experience.
