Today my sons had a scheduled appointment and we were informed we owed over $1000 for payments not covered by our insurance. When we complained because we never received a bill in 3 years we were told the bill were sent, that it's not on network and that we were informed about payment due and not being on network every visit. Why would I keep going to a clinic that is not being covered by my insurance? Why was I not informed on the outstanding bill due during every visit and they kept booking appointments and racking up the bill? I payed in full this bill, disenrolled my kids and will never visit or recommend to anyone who values great service. Thank you for your service Audra Friday!

Had a appointment for May 6th scheduled two months ahead of time get a call the dentist will be out I have to be reschedule for June 20th 4 months after the cavity was found so now I have a crying child with a bad cavity and swollen cheek that we had been trying to make it until the 6th they were supposed to call an antibiotic and pain meds on Wednesday still nothing called in today on top of the other situation that was totally out of my control and we won't discuss. My child is 7 and this was her first dentist at 2 years old I am totally and completely disappointed in the entire practice but especially the office manager and how she managed her office, appointments and our situation. They discharged and referred me to a new dentist appointment isn't until the same day June 20th 4 months after her cleaning and X-rays. Can't say enough how disappointed I am in them and how everything was handled as well as still not having a antibiotic or pain meds for my child. Just be forewarned if you have any issues they will discharge without warning or notice but a letter in the mail.

Don't trust your kids with Dr. Green. Every time I used to go there as a kid he would say I had…read moremultiple cavities. The first 3 times he said I had multiple cavities not just one. I was a cash patient which is a Doctors fav kind of patient because no one ever questions the X-rays. After the 4th time he said I had 3 cavities I told my mom to take me to a different doctor. That doctor said I had ONE cavity but it was so small that it's not worth ruining my teeth over until it gets a little bigger. All those times he ruined my teeth and now I have to live with teeth sensitivity, sharp pain and they all of the filling have had to be replaced because they fell out. I regret wasting all my parents hard earned money to a scammer but sometimes you live and learn. Learn from my mistakes and ADVOID DR. GREEN.

Second, while I understand most children love screens, it seems they would rather the children zone out on screens from the moment they arrive rather than actually engage with them. The waiting room is VERY loud and there are three devices with games on them that children sit and play at top volume, and for any child that is nervous, the waiting room is anything but calming. Plus, during our dental procedures, the assistant kept watching the movie that was playing, in addition to remarking "I'm soooo tired". Dr. Christopher Collins at this practice performed a pulpectomy (removal of a tooth nerve) on my…read moredaughter this morning before the lidocaine he injected had adequate time to numb her. Approximately 30 seconds elapsed between completion of the lidocaine injection and the start of his drilling on that tooth. He didn't even stop to check if she was numb, just finished the injection, put the bit in the drill, and went to town. She screamed at the top of her lungs in the highest pitch she could manage (did I mention she is only 4 years old?) and he never batted an eyelash. Never spoke to her except to give her instructions ("open wide", "Don't spit that bite block out"). Our vet treats dogs better than this dentist treated my daughter. Please don't take your children here. Please please please.
