Complete horror show. Commack office does not care or give the care I expected. I went there for a complete top denture. They have four grades of denture. I picked the premium. Cost of $2300.00 what they made for me was below the standard. The finished product was missing two teeth and expected me to be happy with what I got. I went to the one in Oceanside. This place is a horror show. I feel bad for the office manager. She is so nice but the staff look for ways to make money and could not care less about the patients.they looked at my mouth and said that all the caps and crowns I had need to come out. Did I mention I went there for a bottom tooth in the back. They have an oral surgeon who comes one day a month.Are you kidding me? They spent all my insurance money on x rays and I was there for 2 hours and they took 5 minutes to talk about the tooth.DO NOT GO THERE ! THEY HAVE QUITE A RACKET GOING. read more

I took my friend here to get implants and the office staff was so accommodating and professional, and her outcome was amazing! I thought maybe I should give them a try, so I booked an appointment for their Motto aligners and from Emily at the front desk to Joe the office manager and the dentist Dr Patel, I was astonished how wonderful I was treated. They took their time explaining everything and I felt very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. This team is unsurpassed by any other, most people post the bad not the good. Going to Aspen Dental was one of the worst experiences that I have had with a dentist. I had not been to the dentist in a few years. I went in and had an examination and x-rays. The dentist told me that I needed a root canal under one of my caps, a deep cleaning and no cavities. I also wanted them to fix my 4 front teeth. I went to the desk to discuss the cost. They gave me a bill - that was for everything we discussed - $9k. It maxed out my dental insurance and they told me that they used Dental Firstl as an interest deferred creditor. I signed the paperwork for Dental First and made an appointment for the cleaning. When I went to schedule the appointment with the dentist for the root canal, they told me that the system was down and they would call me when it came back up. That was on March 30th. I called several times before they were able to give me an appointment. They never did call me. Now it is May 24th. I talk to the dentist and stop at the desk on my way out. They hand me a bill for another $7k! When I asked what the bill was for, they said that their system was down and they couldn't verify that they had charged my insurance and Dental First. And Dental First has been charging us interest each month. My husband has been calling Aspen Dental and....guess what! The system is down! If you are thinking of using Aspen Dental, my advice is to run fast and run far! read more

I went to the Aspen in Commack early this morning since my crown came off on Thanksgiving and I asked if they could reinstall it. I was the only one there at the time and was told they couldn't fix it since they were booked and to come by NEXT week. What BS. A quick fix and they were not the least helpful. Will NEVER go back. Prices are EXTREMELY HIGH. I'm on Medicaid which they don't accept, but told me they have affordable care for 39$ a year. Sounded great until I asked if that included a cleaning and it does NOT , so a cleaning ranges between $500 & $1000!!!!! The BUDGET gives you 15% off. read more

I had used this office in the past for several implants and my experiences had been good until this year. They placed the metal part of the implant and I had an appointment for crown placement. I was told they were not able to perform anything due to WIFI issue and that they would contact me to reschedule. That never happened. When I attempted to call, the phone was not in service or the message was full and so I was not able to leave any messages. When I finally got through and made an appointment, I got a text that it was cancelled and that I needed to reschedule. The same problem to get through their phone system. It has been 2 months and I am not able to get through to finalize the implant. I am very disappointed and I hope you see this post before you make an appointment with them. read more
