I tried to make an appointment to get them replaced and was told that "corporate changed the billing code" and it would now cost $936 and insurance covers none of it. I can't go elsewhere or it voids the warranty. How do you justify charging almost $1,000 when it was $125 just a year ago? Over a 650% increase for a part that is less than $2 and a procedure that takes less than 5 minutes. Aspen, you should be ashamed.

So we decided to try Aspen, we wanted to get our cleanings which were overdue about 3 months. Reviews on in some places were great, in others not so much. Knew it was a gamble. My experience with reception and even the lady who did my x-rays was pleasant. Minimum wait at first. Then i went in with the hygienist and the hard sales started. From that point for the next 90 minutes (yes 90 minutes from start of cleaning to actually being able to leave) was non-stop sales. If it was not a service, it was a product. When I checked out, a "plan of care" was presented along with financing options. I was not interested in anything additional. Several of the issues they mentioned, had previously been discussed with my old dentist in my former location. I knew they were not concerns, certainly nothing I needed to go out of pocket hundreds of dollars (after insurance) for. My husbands had a similar experience, but they did not complete a cleaning, nor did the schedule one at the end of the evaluation. They want him to fork over well over a thousand dollars for many of the same services recommended to me. It feels predatory. I deep dove after my husband had his experience and found the lawsuits related to predatory practices and other questionable business practices. I have seen other reviews where Aspen has responded and told reviewers to call. I will happily communicate via email or snail mail, I am not trying to call again.

Not only did the dentist not care at all about my anxiety and at times pain, she was very rude, judgy and condescending about it. She kept telling me that my pain was "just pressure" and I was letting my fear and anxiety get in the way. She was very rough in trying to pull my tooth out and didnt seem to care how I felt all the while telling me my pain was pressure as I was about to come out the seat. They are also very aggressive with trying to sell you a dental plan. Trying to charge someone $14,000 to get work done is insane! The front desk lady was very nice along with the dentist assistant. That is about the only good thing that happened at this visit! If I hadn't been in so much pain I would have gone to my normal dentist (konikoff... they would.never) if they could have gotten me in before the weekend. I work the same hours that they open and cant jump on the phone when she needs information being I think that my information is private and work in an office environment. When I made this appointment I told them the problem I was having and that it was painful so to cancel and not give me adequate amount of time to call in a day before seems to show a lack of compassion for potential clients. I think that this office needs to give a specific time that you NEED to call back before they cancel your appointment without communicating this to you, if I hadn't called I would have taken off just to get there and the appointment would have been canceled. Waste of my time and loose money. Mind you I took this date off so that I could make the appointment and be on time. If a medical office have this kind of rules I think that they should notify you when you make the appointment. I spoke to this location twice and was never told that they had to verify my insurance more than 24hrs. before the appointment each time I told them I would call them back when I could talk, I think a day before is adequate amount of time to verify insurance if not they may need to check their practices. So to the operations Manager find some compassion and understanding for the working people that can't talk on their personal phones while they are at work as I am assure that many of us can't get on the phone when we want to at work to discuss personal affairs. Don't forget that once upon a time you were where we are at. Compassion and consideration is important when working with the public and it's free. After reading other reviews I can see that there needs to be a shake up at this location. remember what goes around always come back around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Well having countless infections back to back, I was introduced to Aspen dental. I thought that they were going to be easy as they have multiple offices and deal with the type of issues and needs I had wanted. They refuse to even look at my mouth from the beginning and just tried to get me to run my credit for a very expensive procedure that he didn't even know I could get as he didn't look at my mouth. I was having a very bad infection at the time and you wouldn't give me any antibiotics because he was worried they would hurt my stomach. So just leave the infection? I had to get some for my regular doctor. When she wasn't available I then had to find someone online. Then I had to go to the ER I got so bad. All while still calling Aspen. They were going to do this work with my infected mouth. All they cared about was the money and kept calling about that which I had but my worries were the affection and getting rid of that at the moment. After giving them countless tries and opportunities I looked elsewhere. And I'm glad I did. I found goyal dentistry. Right when I walked in there it was beautiful and I was greeted with the smile. By everyone. Everyone was very kind and understanding to me. The dentist himself was phenomenal. He said he was going to help me one way or the other and he did. Significantly. I win yesterday for a scan and showed him where the infection was the irritation that was still occurring and he decided his best to probably pull for the teeth out of the 11 I was going to get pulled at a later date. I said okay and even though I am an anxious Nelly, he had the least amount of pain for a shot in my mouth I had ever been given. My infection was so bad eventually when he got to the really bad tooth I could feel it but he kept stopping and giving me more numbing medicine. He was gentle and kind and that goes such a long way. If you are looking for a dentist, please look no further. And I mean that. I would never steer someone in the wrong direction and suggest a company if I didn't believe him in myself as I go off of reviews when I'm looking for someone.
