I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work, My past experience with dentists has been nothing but a train wreck. I've had failed extractions, a tool lost inside my sinus cavity, dishonest staff and a lot of pain... I was so relieved to find Dr. Hoffman, she is so warm, patient and calmed my nerves immediately. Not only did she communicate clearly what I needed and how she was going to help me and do so with causing little to no pain, they also offer a comprehensive and affordable payment plan to cover everything I needed done. The fact that they offer same day crowns is amazing. I was so happy to have all my needs addressed same day. I walked in afraid of the dentist, and left feeling happy and excited I went, I will certainly be going back for all my cleanings and preventative care. Thanks to Dr. Hoffman and the wonderful staff at Dentists at Chisholm Trail I can smile again.

VaLinda is always a pleasure to work with as she is very professional, calm and knowledgeable. Dr. Patels clinic is always very clean, and organized. Prior to getting started, Dr. Patel explained everything to me ensuring I understood our treatment plan for that day. Dr. Patel completed some extensive dental work, and he always made sure I felt NO pain!! One of the many impressive qualities of Dr. Patel is that he may be treating several patients at the same time, but He always made me feel like I was the only patient in his clinic. Dr. Patel and his amazing team made sure that all of my needs were met, before and after treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team for any future Dental care needs. Personally, I will continue to use Dr. Patel.

After about 15 minutes, someone came out and then quoted me an astronomical amount for a crown. I asked why with insurance covering, and they just kept shrugging and saying the person that called on it wasn't there. They had no clue how the price was that high or who to call and check on it. Then said they could recall the insurance and check, but it'll be another 3 weeks?! I said I couldn't wait that long with a temporary on my tooth, and they just shrugged again. Looks like the search continues to find a dental practice that knows what they are doing and trains their staff to understand how insurance works.

I'm from New Orleans and I moved to the DFW area in 2015. My teeth had plague that I could brush off and there were some sensitive spots. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. I can't say the same for everyone. But they definitely took care of me. I recommend them to others and can't wait to go back later this month.

This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.

Our dentist had retired so I didn't have a dentist to go to. I'd been looking around for a new dentist and from their reviews, selected Chisholm Trail Dental. Their staff worked me in, were very helpful and informative with my treatment options. I was very uneasy having my first tooth pulled and a new dentist doing it! Dr. Furman was so awesome with a needle and in pulling my tooth (they both have to be pulled). She skillfully pulled my tooth and her awesome assistant Alisha, made & applied my temporary bridge. My experience at Chisholm Trail Dental was FABULOUS! Considering what was done, this was still an awesome experience. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs! Their office/staff is classy, clean and super nice. They also had a great playlist of Music playing!

I'm sure another dentist will be a better choice for me. Be at listening to your clients.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Stone in January. I brush twice a day and floss EVERY night…read more The hygienist praise me for how well my mouth looked and told me to keep up the great work then Dr. Stone came in with a list of work that needed to be done. Two crowns multiple filling new/reduce older one from when I was younger I started treatment immediately as I was horrified that my mouth had rotting teeth in it. After the second filling and my permanent crown being placed I was having severe pain and sensitivity when eating or drinking even using my mouth wash shot a pain through my face. I notified Dr. Stone and he told me a lot of work was done it's probably sensitive give it about a week. Three weeks later he finally gets me in as the pain had not gotten better and redid the filling and put me back into a temporary the margins on the crown were off allowing food and drink to touch my shaved down tooth. After he fixed the filling I haven't had any more pain the crown on the other hand I had several more appointments for finally got my third permanent in April and I've still having problems I bite my cheek and food just stuck in it. I explained to him I wanted to get a second opinion on the crown since I was still having issues to which he agreed to refund the cost of it so I would have to double pay. While waiting for the second opinion I scheduled for two more teeth to be done on a Monday at 7am. I had my records sent to the other dentist to review the crown and when Sunday before my 7am appointment rolled around I realized I never received a confirmation for my appointment. I messaged Dr. Stone and he informed me that because I had my records sent to a different dentist they removed me as a patient and canceled all my future appointments. I was never notified of this nor did I receive the cancelation notice when they removed my appointment. I called to get put back on the schedule since I made it clear I was just getting a second opinion on my crown. Dr. Stone then told me he would need to have a consult with me before scheduling any further appointments to make sure we were on the same page. I agreed and they scheduled me three weeks out. I email them requesting an earlier appointment and asked that if he wanting a meeting to release me as his patient to just let me know so I can figure out the next steps. They called and offered me an earlier appointment never mentioning his releasing me as a patient. Well today I go in for our consultation to make sure we are on the same page and he tells me because of the issues I've had with his work it really bothers him because he's very type A and he doesn't feel comfortable treating me anymore. I still had 3 other appointments to complete my care plan and now I no longer have a dentist. I am being penalized because he isn't happy with his own work. I am extremely disappointed as I was never disrespectful during the entire process even though it was extremely frustrating to not have the work done right the first time. The last time talked to Dr.Stone I expressed that I felt he was getting tired of dealing with me because of all the problems that have come up in my treatment and he responded "I'm here from 7-4 everyday whether it's you in my chair or someone else I'm here either way so that doesn't matter." Apparently that was a lie because my next appointment was canceled and I was pulled along for two weeks just to be told I need to find a new dentist.
