I got my dentures done here and just did my first soft reline today. First of all the staff has been amazing. It's all women and everyone is so nice. but my denture!!! I NEVER thought my teeth would look like this ever again. Please be patient and understand the whole thing is a process and you have to stick with it if you really want it to work and most importantly WEAR YOUR DENTURE. I've never had to use glue and I have never been without teeth since the process started. But this soft reline was a total game changer. I knew it was going to make my denture fit better but I am BLOWN AWAY. I look like I did before anything happened with my teeth I have said this numerous times since day 1 and I'm not even done with the process yet because I got the best denture you can get it just keeps getting better and better. I left there in tears today because I was not expecting to look this good. I never thought I would look like this ever again. Save yourself the headache and find another place to service your dental needs. I've attempted to been seen for myself and children. Their process is convoluted and confusing. I spoke to someone several times the day before my appointment, was reassured that all information was obtained, and that I was speaking to an individual at the location I was to be seen. Only to arrive to my appointment, not once, but twice to be told that I needed to be rescheduled because they didn't receive a verbal confirmation. I don't understand why it has to be so confusing to confirm an appointment and it was just super inconvenient. read more

What a joke. First time, they didn't call in the proper medication and we had to come back hours later. They said it would be about 30 min for the consultation and it was HOURS. For the first procedure they said it would take about 45 min to an hour and we were there for almost 5 hours. Second time they said I had to stay in the building with the patient and we were not prepared for that. Did not tell us before hand and I certainly was not asked to stay in the building the first time. They still haven't fit the patient for their bottom dentures and it's been 8 months. This place is backwards. Always calling asking for patient to reschedule appointment and they aren't prepared. For the cost of their services you'd think they'd be more professional. I recommend staying away from Aspen Dental they over charge you for any type of work you have done. If your insurance doesn't pay they charge you for the rest, instead of just taking what your insurance gives them like medical doctors. read more

My husband had his teeth pulled in April with temporary teeth until the gums healed. He's had a rough time but has tolerated the temporary set. He had his permanent set adjusted and in yesterday. The uppers feel good so far but the bottom ones are causing great discomfort. His tongue is raw and the back side is very painful. He just telephoned to explain his situation, expecting to go in for an adjustment, which is typical. He was just told they couldn't see him until December sixth! It appears all is well until you need care. He explained he was in pain but was told that was all they had available. This is unethical and certainly not best business practice or quality patient care. Aspen seems to be all about the money. Of course, they've been paid in full. Follow up, personal care is not part of the treatment plan!!! read more

They used an out of network Dr., unbeknownst to me, and are trying to get me to pay over 7000 for their mistake. Office manager states general manager wants to, " sit on it a little longer". Bill has been sent to collections, work was done in June of 2023. They are basically refusing to fix THEIR mistake, causing major problems. F- on communication, good luck trying to get a hold of anyone higher up. read more

I was lied to. And i hate being lied to. I have severe trauma from being kidnapped, raped and held for 2 months. Its bad. I dont like men. End of story. I am not going to lay there with a guys fingers down my throat and not fight. Its uncontrollable. I will panic. When i tried to address my concerns and past trama, by asking for nitrous gas and possibly an anti anxiety med before the 3000 dollars worth of extensive dental work....i was lied to, and told BY THE DENTIST that NO DENTIST office offers that in the state of Indiana ( i just moved from the west coast) Folks, i was blatantly lied to. Purchased their top of the line full set dentures, most expensive. They have had to remake the top dentures 3 times due to breakage. They didn't break once, twice or just 3 times. Where talking about I've had the top dentures break at least 4 times for each top denture. I worked with the doctor who originally had the dentures created who stated multiple times that this should not happen and he would ensure they are fixed or replaced as needed. This has occurred without fail until that doctor is no longer employed at this location. Then all of a sudden sorry we have to charge you for fixing the dentures now. They state cause the original pair made was over 7 years ago, well they've been remade 3 times since then. They've been repairing them for over 3 years past the original 7 year warranty, which should have started over once a new dentures was made. All this says is our product sucks and we don't stand by it. So what changed? Again the doctor and original office manager are no longer there and so we're sorry we can't make a denture that won't break and we won't repair without charging you. read more

I have been taking my mother to this practice to have new dentures made for her. They have been incredibly kind, professional and prompt. My mom is thrilled about picking up her new smile next week and would love to thank everyone at this office. She has never had to wait in the lobby for more than a couple of minutes and the fees were clearly explained to both of us, with no pressure to upgrade at all. I've had very mixed experiences here. Dr. Liang is fantastic. I've always had very good experiences with him. Make sure you check who your dentist will be, one of the others is not kind or gentle. In general, I think the staff is very nice and good at their jobs. Some of the things that Aspen does (I think these are company practices) are very different from other dental offices. On your first visit, you don't get a cleaning. They do x-rays and check lots of things and then schedule you to come back for a cleaning. That was odd to me. They also ask that you pay upfront, that's okay. My problem is that they estimate what your insurance will cover and if they over estimate and you overpay, they don't let you know about it until there's a credit on your account at your next visit. I essentially lent them $200 for ~6 months because they did not notify me that they had over charged. I think if you know what to expect, you'll have a good experience. Make sure to ask for Dr. Liang, he's wonderful. read more

I went for the first time yesterday and was Very pleased with the front office staff. I have not been to a dentist in a awhile with the all but familiar fear of needles. I have set up future appointments to get work done all because of the dentist himself. I was told he is new there but is a pro by far with people. To start with they were 1/2 hour late seeing me. Then they would not clean my teeth. I had taken an antibiotic for this procedure. they wasted my time and theirs when I was prepared to pay for a cleaning. I would not recommend this clinic to sweep floors much less do dental work.
