Today I went in for my appointment, and Missy cleaned my teeth. I worked as a dental assistant in Texas, and I will say Missy did an amazing job. I have been having some sensitivity with some of my teeth, and she took that into consideration and was very gentle. She was also extremely personable and I enjoyed talking with her! Dr. Came into the room, and went over treatment. He was straight to this point, and very professional. Becky helped me during check out, and I will say she went over my treatment plan straight forward. I was happy that it was clear of what my insurance was going to pay. Thank you so much for such a pleasant visit. I love going to the dentist, and this office certainly is wonderful. The only advise I can give is to look into going digital! Hahaha. :)

This office does not do root canals even though their site shows it and they have no place to write…read morea review....I can see why. The Dentists have no concern for the patient. They pushed me into a Crown knowing I had a partial that probably would not fit it...but I was never told that I might have to get a new partial. After 2 wks I came back in....they proceeded to ignore my PAIN & DECAY coming from under the Crown. They would just sand the crown down hoping it would fit....this was the 2nd crown they made. Their Assistant Tracy hurt my gum as she did the bitewing and never cleaned my mouth it was full of grit, the tooth, or was it medicated before they put the crown on. The Dentist never tried my partial on before cementing the crown. When given antibiotics I asked her to call the Pharmacy to make sure they had the meds and she told me, "that's not my job!" I also asked her to get me the capsules and she ordered the tablets. I waited 3 days to get my antibiotics and for pain they gave me 800mg of Ibuprofen....which didn't take the pain away. I can buy that over the counter doubling up on the strength. They will not give you anything stronger. When I called to try to talk to the Dentist they would just hand me over to the rude Assistant. I have since went to an Endodontist for the Root canal that they recommended. I still have some pain & swelling and no partial to fit. Thanks for nothing Black Creek Dental. The only good thing I can say is Skylar the receptionist was very sweet!

Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and reassuring, from the front desk to the dentist! I could not be any happier with my experience at this office, and highly recommend them to anyone.

I was physically assaulted when I was 13 and it left me with a broken jaw and a lifetime of TMJ. I…read moream deaf and also have a severe dental office phobia. I then had cancer treatment that damaged my saliva glands. Zero preventative dental and a lack of sufficient saliva is a horrible combination, dentally speaking. I met the doctor at a hair salon and told her my fears. She looked inside my mouth really quick and said she could help with out me being afraid because "there's medicine for that" and added "I got you girl, come see me". Six months later and of course it's now a dental emergency because it hurts and I need an immediate root canal alongside with "a slew of other work". She made me feel calm and told me she is the best at what she does and would help. She gave me an RX for pain medicine when I left to use until my appointment and another RX to take a few hours before my appointment. She said the 3 pills I take before my appointment will help anxiety and I probably won't remember my dentist appointment. She was right!!! 100% right. My root canal is done. I went in, got the work done and didn't have a panic attack in the process. I cannot thank her enough for her compassion, competence and the kindness of the entire office staff. Oh, of course I still have a dentist phobia, but I also know I have 3 pills to take before my next appointment. There will not be a panic attack and I won't really remember a whole lot. I cannot recommend the office of Dr Lindsey C in Middleburg any more and I wish I could give her 6 stars

They waste your time setting appointments for you that they have no intention of maintaining or keeping. This is the worst office experience I've been subjected to and it's apparent that they don't care. I do recommend anyone try these folks. Unless you don't mind being told the appointment you set was not recorded or kept and you get dismissed and put off because they don't know how to conduct a proper business. They don't care either!

She took images, and checked the margins as well as cleaning my teeth. She is gentle and quick communicating and giving breaks as needed. My experience with Merchants way Dental has always been positive. Their dentists are experienced and do not push you to do unnecessary treatments. I will continue using them for my Dental needs.

He told me he couldn't say whether they would fall apart during the procedure since he couldn't see how far below the gum line the cracks go. He recommended I go to a competing dentist, that they had the equipment to do a CT scan of my teeth and see how far down the cracks go. That office got a referral from their dentist for that scan. It wasn't covered my insurance so it cost me $250. Following the scan the dentist told me it would not show how deep the cracks go. Spoke to the manager at Merchants Way and told her I had the scan they recommended but it can't show how deep the cracks go and can her office reimburse me the $250. She told me they could not thus the one star rating. I had her cancel my scheduled appointments, that I will not continue to be their patient, nor will a friend of mine who lives with me. I thought this office was good until they demonstrated they will not reimburse me for an expense they mistakenly told me I needed. I'm done with them.
