The denture fits great and looks very natural. I can finally smile again without feeling self-conscious, and eating has become so much easier. I cried in my car both about the cost and the fact my teeth were so awful. I started having suspicions about it, especially when they never followed up on some questions. I went to another very established dentist for a second opinion, that several members of my family go to and I went to growing up, and has been around for more than 30 years. When I went to this trusted and experienced dentist, he told me that not only do I NOT need veneers, but if I were to get them it would only last 1-2 years because veneers are very fragile and because of my teeth grinding I would have ruined them and had to do it all over again. They said if and only if I actually need heavy work done, he would put in crowns, but does not see this happening anytime soon. All Smiles Dental was trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars, and veneers are not even covered by insurance. I would have ruined the veneers due to teeth grinding, and it seems any dentist should know this and not encourage people going broke over their teeth and completely ruining them. I cannot believe they do this to people and to create this financial and health stress in people's lives. I recommend going to Jain Dental in Plymouth. They are kind, trustworthy, and have many years of experience.

My mixed review is because I HATE THEIR BILLING SYSTEM!! I have PPO insurance, so I know exactly what my insurance will pay when I go in. And they know it too, because in their treatment case, it shows what they normally charge and what my insurance will pay. When I have my visit, I use my HSA to pay, and I'm billed the full amount, not what insurance will pay. I get that. What I don't get is that I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET THE OVERCHARGE REFUNDED. They don't do it automatically when they are reimbursed by insurance. So when they bill $2502, and insurance pays $1025, they're sitting on $1400 until I realize their scheme and call to get a refund. I shouldn't have to do that. It's completely bonkers.

The only issue I had here was the expense I would have loved to get the work done but it was 2-3 thousand higher than what I was told at my new dentist. With that said the main issue is Insurance Dental insurance is a joke even though we pay for it the coverage is minimal. I could have done Care Credit but the interest rates on those can be insane I used it once for my pet's emergency surgery. If you have great insurance and can afford the extra money these guys are great sadly not all of us can more so when you live alone and pay your own way. I definitely would recommend to other friends I know that have amazing insurance and the extra funds to spend.

They will split your appointment into two talking about deep cleaning, take you to the front office to check with the insurance. The front office staff will print out a statement showing you that insurance covers both services, and you get to pay for anesthetic which is $10. The day I went for the second cleaning I had to wait for a long time because of technical difficulties. I got done and I could not pay the $10 and the lady said they would call me the next day. The following day, a call came in right at the time when they were to about to close, and a statement had been sent of $200 plus. I called and somebody stated they had closed, I asked why the statement was sent after close time if she had nobody to answer my questions, she told me to pay tthe $10 then would have billing look into it. She explained that they call insurance, but they do not know what will be covered. First of all when they sat down with me on the initial visit and informed me that insurance would cover everything that was a LIE. The staff on the line said, I should wait for the claim to come back, and they do not know the timeline, alternatively I could just pay the statement balance $200 plus, they lied to me, falsified information and just wanted it paid, this is like STEALING from people. The only resolution being offered was, I am sorry. They know very well that if you do not pay, after a certain time you will be taken to collections, spoil your credit and still get paid. This is very unfair to people and I think most people do not even check how much they are being told to pay and they just charge the card, and continue falsfying information. Save yourself the headache and get a genuine, trustworthy place.

She is the most down to earth medical professional that I've met! She really takes her time getting to know her patients on a personal level, which is nice. Regarding the service, she always makes sure that you're comfortable and doesn't force you into any procedures that you don't want/need. All of the staff at this office are great! They're all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's so fun to hear the staff laughing and having fun while you're there; it's clear that they like each other and doing their job as a team. Going to Jamie is like visiting friends! I've recommended several people to Jamie because of my great experience with Jamie and her wonderful team!
