A week out from the appointment, I get a text notifying me that they no longer work on Fridays (pretty sweet gig) and to call them to reschedule. I did immediately. Luckily, they were able to fit me in their schedule a full 5 additional months down the road....but they're very sorry. Oh, Dear Lawd, so sorry. I could be added to a cancellation schedule but I'd have to be open to getting short notice of an opening and be required to scramble back home from work in order to accommodate them.
