They're all avg. With this 5 star review, I'm finally settled. This is the one. Everyone here is so friendly, which is very important to me. The office is CLEAN and organized. It's new and taken care of well. The Doc is young and hip - finally!!! A cool dentist!! She has high expectations and the care is awesome. There's text reminders so appointments are never missed. Switched to this dental office based on the existing single 5-star Yelp review left last summer…read more I would agree that the folks are friendly there, however, the office manager/appointment scheduler was supposed to contact my previous dentist for my recent X-Rays but did not, so I had to wait in the office to see if they could get a copy from my prior dentist. (Dental insurance only covers X-Rays on a limited frequency). Then they promised me verbally (both the office manager and the dentist herself) that they would not charge for the X-Rays but a few months later I get a bill a couple days ago with - guess what?? - an itemized bill with a charge for the X-Rays. Called in as soon as I got the bill to ask about the details but their system was down and they took my number and committed to call me back yesterday (but guess what - they did not call back yesterday nor today). Friendly staff but either they just lied to my face or just can not be relied upon to do what they say they will do. The principle of trust is key especially when they are going to be providing hopefully regular dental care. I will not be returning to this office. If you need someone you can trust, I would suggest that you look elsewhere or take your chances here.

Having permanent retainers on my top and bottom teeth she takes her time to make sure my teeth get cleaned properly as it's hard to maneuver between the metal retainers. This facility STRANGELY charges a whopping $65 fee JUST TO "SEND" medications that patients need from this dentist office to ANY pharmacy. You have to also think about the pharmacy charging you to take the medicine out of the pharmacy once you get there to pickup, as well. Some of the staff weirdly stared at me like seeing a ghost while I was sitting in the lobby. They probably labeled me as different. Then when my friend got out of the dentist ...chair after the consultation and we both walked back to the lobby, what happened next was an extremely unorganized experience. Staff left us sitting down in that lobby for about 10 minutes without attending us or telling us the next steps. They were talking, laughing and hanging out and decided to do other stuff. My friend stepped outside to eat something because he was starving, and I just sat there, waiting. I had to manually get up and stand in the receptionist face to ask what the next step was. Super ridiculous this place and extremely disorganized. Just SUPER unusual the entire experience. They don't like doing 4pm appointments either so they could go home early. I have been dealing with ongoing billing issues with this office since January 21, 2026, and as of today, this matter is still not resolved. While the clinical care itself was acceptable, the billing practices and lack of communication have been extremely concerning. Despite receiving insurance payments, my account does not reflect any contractual (EOB) adjustments that are required for in-network providers. Charges appear to be based on full billed amounts rather than the allowed amounts under my insurance plan. Additionally, several claims were submitted using incorrect procedure codes, which resulted in denials. These issues were not corrected or resubmitted by the office. I prepaid for services and have paid over $5,000 out of pocket. I have also confirmed the office received and cashed insurance payments, yet they continue to state I have a balance. Based on the payments made and proper application of insurance adjustments, my account should reflect an overpayment. Instead, they have not reconciled the account and have not issued a refund. At this point, it appears they are attempting to collect payment from both me and my insurance for the same services, which raises serious concerns about double billing. I was also told that billing my insurance was being done as a "courtesy" and that I would need to handle denials myself, which does not align with expectations for an in-network provider. I have made multiple attempts via email and phone to resolve this directly, including requesting a call with the doctor. Dr. Jennifer Muir has refused to communicate with me despite repeated requests, making it extremely difficult to resolve these issues. I encourage anyone considering this office to ensure full transparency regarding billing, insurance processing, and treatment estimates before proceeding with services.
