    I should have done more research and read more reviews prior to my first visit. The first phone call took forever as their computer kept messing up, and information had to be put in again. X-rays- they took A LOT! More than any other dentist or doctor has ever taken, it seemed a bit extreme. The dentist and staff were very friendly. My appointment was booked due to the amount of extreme pain that I was in, but that was ignored. Only said, i don't see anything that would be causing you the amount of pain you say you are in. I felt as if they thought i was making the pain up. After the consult, i was told to wait in the chair for the office manager to come and get me. This wait was over 30 minutes, an unacceptable amount of time to get out of there. Once escorted into the business managers office, it felt 100% like a sales pitch and nothing to do with patient care. She then demanded a down payment up front for the next appointment. I liked that it was convenient they text you to confirm your appointment about a week in advance. So I did that, and got confirmation back. This week i also received a pretty bitchy voicemail demanding that I call back to confirm the appointment otherwise the appointment will have to be rescheduled. Why text to confirm if you aren't going to follow that system? Day of appointment #2. The office manager was covering the front desk. I signed in for my appointment and had my card out ready to pay, because I sure as heck wasn't going to allow them to keep me waiting in the back again to check out. She automatically asked for payment up front anyway. I was then asked if there was a better way to confirm appointments. I said no, text is perfect! She claimed they didn't get a response back and it was not updated in the system. I told her i got a instant reply back when i confirmed and even got a text from them 30 minutes prior to my appointment saying they are excited to see me at my appointment. 10 minutes after my appointment time, I'm still sitting in the lobby waiting FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to begin, when I'm informed that I will have a temp hygienist today and she is still preparing the room. I knew i should have demanded a full refund and left at that time. 14 minutes past the schedule appointment I'm called back. The temp was pretty nice, and did good work, but it was evident she was not as familiar with the office as i would expect a medical professional to be. I didn't sign up for an appointment at a dental school. Issues with equipment, and again; issues with their computer system. She had to leave a few times to ask others for help with miscellaneous questions. While I'm sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting to get out of there I notice an open door with a whiteboard on the wall. It was their sales goals. Yes! Sales goals! 100% proof right there that it's not about patient care, it's about money. I won't be back.

    My price was 750 for temporary partial and another 700-800 in 6 months for the permanent partial, double the price quoted on the phone.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You call and get a price. Then you get in there and they charge you Double. Natalie in their regional office called me back when I expressed my complaint. She was awful!!! They don't care about their clients and they will not honor the price you get over the phone. DON'T TRUST THEM! You will pay more when you get there, Maybe Double like they did to me. I was told $750 for a partial over the phone. I get there and I'm told that's for a temp partial and after 6 months, I'll have to pay another $700-800 for apermanent partial. That's price gouging, like saying you can get teeth pulled for the special price of $125 per tooth and you get there and it's Double! I paid almost $500 for 2 teeth. THERE IS NO SPECIAL ONCE YOU GET THERE

    This company was recommended by dentist to do a couple extractions. It's a nice office and easy to…read morefind location. The check in process took quite awhile as they had quite a few clients all arriving at the same time. When I got back to the office I met with a dentist who launched into a pretty hard one sales pitch for implants. I already had a dentist and a treatment plan lined up. It was unexpected and way to hardcore fore 7 in the morning. When we finally got to the extraction they didn't put me all the way like another dentist had done. It was a surreal experience. I could hear the staff talking and could feel the dentist moving from tooth to tooth. It wasn't painful but it was unexpected. The worst part was we went over a bill before the procedure and I signed off on it. After I got home I got out the quote the did before the procedure and there was a difference of $500 in my favor. After a couple of conversations they issued me a check instead of crediting my credit card. Between the high pressure sales technique for implants, being semi awake for the extractions and the billing error I can't recommend this company.

    My experience with this office was very disappointing…read more The original bone graft failed, but when I contacted the office early on to report that the graft material appeared to be dissolving and that significant amounts of grit were coming out, I was repeatedly told that this was normal and that nothing was wrong. It later became clear that the graft had not been successful. In addition, the need for a sinus lift was missed during the initial treatment planning. After my dentist spoke with the office, I was told they would review the CT scan my dentist provided and that I would not need to pay for another CT scan. However, when I later called to schedule a consultation, I was told multiple times that Dr. Wewel required a new consultation and another CT scan, despite the previous assurances. This comes at a cost of over $500. ($400 of which I already paid the dentist and Dr Wewel looked at that CT and said he could use it.) Communication was also frustrating. I left messages on multiple occasions and did not receive a return call. When I finally spoke with a treatment coordinator, I was again told that I would need to start the process over. I was also uncomfortable with the repeated pressure to purchase anesthesia for a relatively simple tooth extraction. Even after declining it several times, it continued to be included in the treatment plan, with the explanation that it could simply be refunded later if unused. I understand that complications can occur in dental treatment. What concerns me is the lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and the feeling that additional charges were prioritized over addressing the issues with my original treatment. I expected more transparency and patient-centered care throughout the process.
