The office is convenient and located north west of Dodge and 132nd St. Plenty of parking available for easy access. The winner of 2022 and 2023 best of Omaha for Endodontist. Services says a lot about this group. I went in for what I thought was going to be a pretty invasive procedure and was happy to find out that a minor correction had my problem solved. I love the fact that , options were considered and very extensive evaluation's completed. All equipment is state of the art for 3-D tooth x-rays. And the office is immaculate and personnel are courteous, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I have been in to this office before and received outstanding care on that occasion as well. Some of us fear spiders and some of us fear dentists, but since I am insane about oral care, I suck it up and go. Although both Dr. Wilsons are great, I see Dr. Bob the most. He is the NICEST dentist on the entire planet of earth. The entire practice is customer service focused from the minute you walk in the door for your appointment when you're greeted by name (they take a photo of you at your first visit). When you're called back for your appointment, you're given a pillow, offered a blanket and setup with a headset with XM radio or a movie (they have a DVD collection). They use the latest in dental technologies - high pressure power wash (I'm sure there's a real name for that), digital cameras that show your teeth in super-zoom and flouride that only sits in your mouth for what seems like a millisecond. My entire family has switched to this practice. I'm slowly coverting my friends as well. Best of all, this clinic doesn't have that distinct dental clinic smell that conjures up that fear.

However, when I had to switch dentists I wanted to make sure I picked a good one so I was a little nervous. My first visit was to repair a chipped tooth and to get a routine cleaning. Everything went smoothly as far as insurance and pricing. My repairs were done quickly, painlessly, and the problematic reoccurring chip I had repaired has stayed fixed for almost two years now. (which is good compared to having it fixed every 6 months before) Scheduling was easy and I even had the option of getting email and text notifications about my appointments and scheduled cleanings. To start, the lovely lady at reception was welcoming, kind and the perfect introduction to the office! The office itself has lots of games, video games and toys in the waiting area to keep kids of all ages entertained while they wait, as well as TVs with movies and shows for kids going. When we went back, right when our appointment was scheduled to start, our hygienist, who I think was named Abbie (so sorry if I got the wrong name!) was so nice and put my toddler at ease so quickly! I was nervous that her first appointment would be rough because it's a new experience and she can be very shy with people, but Abbie engaged her so well! Our dentist, Dr. Amanda was also amazing with her! She explained options for tooth paste and gave good advice about when/how to change it up as my daughter grows. I'm so very thrilled we will be bringing my daughter here! As someone who grew up with very stressful dental experiences, it's such a weight off my shoulders to know that my daughter has Smile Station!
