The office appears to prioritize profit over patient care. It is concerning that the practice refers to its operations using corporate terminology like "front and back offices," treating patients more like line items than individuals. Furthermore, the fact that a front-desk employee was without a front tooth for several months reflects poorly on a business centered around dental health and aesthetics. It suggests a lack of investment in both staff and the professional image of the practice. To be clear, my feedback is not related to any nondiscrimination policies, but rather to the overall focus and quality of the business. PS: I have updated my review more than a year after my last visit to this office. Your decision to respond to my review by sending a letter to other dental offices--effectively preventing me from completing my treatment after you have already collected payment from both me and my insurance--raises serious concerns about your practice's conduct.

He chooses different foods for snacks, makes sure we brushes correctly and asks for help flossing. He had to get his first filling and they made him feel so comfortable, he did amazing! I truly believe that having a great dentist this young can form how you view dental hygiene and dental visits for the rest of your life and I am very glad to have found Dr Ziese and her staff!

The personal touch, friendly staff and professionalism was so welcoming. Dr Ziese is great, the staff is great. Gentle and informative to every thing they do. The cost is very reasonable compared to our last dentist. Wish we would have found her sooner. They recently moved from Diamond Springs to a bigger, nicer and more modern office in Placerville but the same kind, courteous and friendly professionalism remains. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The front desk seemed so bothered that I even asked. I wasn't surprised they never sent them. They could have provided a nice customer service that most dental offices have no problem with. Instead I had to get new x-rays, money spent that could have been easily avoided. Maybe time to turnover staff for some great happy service.
