Ron Vantankah, office owner/manager is the epitome of unprofessional. I am a former employee who once trusted the practice enough to bring my family members to have dental work done at this practice. Because I chose to leave the toxicity of this practice and pursue better opportunity, Ron retaliated against my family member, banning them from the office for the sole reason of being related to me. My family member, who had a dental emergency and needed a limited exam, was denied an appointment with the Dr. who performed his dental work , unless he got a cleaning and X-rays done first so that way the office can collect as much insurance money as they can . If a patient presents with needing a limited exam- an adult prophy and X-rays are NOT NEEDED. A limited exam warrants a periapical film , nothing more. The audacity of this office to try to pocket some insurance money and deny care to my family member and a paying patient of the practice is beyond words. How this office is still open and operating is beyond me. I warn anyone who is considering coming to this office to receive care to stay far far away from this office. The office philosophy is not for the best interest of the patient. It is solely a business operation. Every patient walking into that office is seen as a transaction & opportunity to receive money. Patients are being charged for services that are not received. Patients are being treated poorly. Patients are being talked badly. Patients would be yelled at by the office manager. Employees are mistreated and spoken to badly from the office manager. When I was employed by this office I was fresh out of dental assistant school and was naive to a lot of behind the scenes things that were going on but as I continued my employment it became evident how terrible of a practice this office was and ultimately why I took my skill to a deserving office. I will go to whatever lengths I need to go to in efforts to expose the unprofessionalism of this office. Corpus Christi has many amazing , talented Dentists who have their patients best interest at heart, Corpus Christi Advanced Dentistry is NOT the place to go to if you want quality care. I got a 9,000 quote unquote permanent bridge from this chick she told me a bridge with metal…read morebacking to start with the bridge you're not even come with the middle backing she didn't want to show me my bridge I turned it the last second but she put in my mouth and seeing it did not have the metal backing she told me oh well I found out they don't sell them with metal backing which is a lie in fact she charged me for one and try to hide it from me it's just the beginning the teeth I believe she got him off eBay you can get Bridges off of eBay real cheap did not match the rest of my teeth it was much too small so she fell down my bottom teeth to match someone she put in my mouth on top of it after a year and a half the bridge fell out of my mouth to find out that the teeth that she anchors and she has now rotted from her shotty ass work not only that but when she was in my mouth and my mouth numb I swore I felt her Nick three of my teeth sure enough she did not all three of those have rotted including the three teeth that she found down have rotted so I got six rotted teeth due to this b**** when I called her office to come in when the bridge fell off they wanted to charge me another $65 I would never recommend this hoe I didn't take her to court cuz I didn't have the money to file and now that have finally found someone that I love and want to kiss I will not kiss him or even open my mouth I am a single mother every five kids on my own I finally got the money to get my teeth done and this is what she did to me her husband was an attorney but he has now divorced her that was another reason I didn't pursue suing her I knew I couldn't afford an attorney to fight her husband​​​
