Turned out I needed a crown. He was able to make it right there in the office. It was made so well that it fit without any adjusting needed. Through the whole process he asked me several times if I was feeling any pain. His concern for my comfort was greatly appreicated. I called for a new issue today and they scheduled me same day. But sadly, they made me sit and wait too long. That is their only issue. Overscheduling. I went to his office repeatedly throughout the past couple years and the office of course offered me additional services (teeth whitening, etc.) but never tried to pressure me into buying these. They were simply making me aware of services they provide like any other business you go to does. After moving from the area and going to other dentists trying to preform unnecessary operations, I will be driving 3 hours just to visit his office again. He and his staff are trustworthy, and my extended family now goes to him after being ripped off at other offices. 100% would recommend Dr. Guillen.
