I over paid for my implant and didn't know it. I was trying to get a receipt for the procedure as my FSA needed it. They are the ones that told me I over paid and would have to get Aspen to pay me back. I used 2 ways to pay. I had to finance a portion with Care credit. It was 8 months of dealing with Aspen getting a receipt that FSA would take. Then it hit me. They owed me 1100 and then it was 3 weeks of trying to get my money back. Finally Aspen sent the money to care credit and not the flex spending card. When I asked why they didn't tell me I had a large overpayment they said they thought I would just let the money stay in their account until I had more dental work done. Could not believe how shitty I was treated. On top of it the care credit was paid off so I had to wait another 7 days for The money back. They owe me interest! NEVER GO THERE. Scammed calls, refused my call and the automated would let me speak to someone, them hanged up on me

These folks are horrible when it comes to workmanship and billing. I had dentures done 1 year ago. I met with the office manager prior to any work being performed. Went over my insurance and costs. I had to pay a couple of hundred as my portion after insurance. I had an implant that the bottom denture was to fit over. The denture would push down hard on my inplant cap. No toooth was connected to the post. The hollowed out hole in the bottom denture was too small and not deep enough to go over the hole. I broght this to their attention several times. They finally suggested i remove the inplant. Took exray and said for $400+ to remove inplant. A couple of days later the inplant broke off from my jaw bone. And fell out. Due to the constant pressure due to poor fit . Now almost 1 year later I received a final notuce to pay $1900+ dollars? I never received any correspondence prior to this final notice with no explanation as to why i owe. I paid for all my work with a zero balance almost a year ago. Definitely going to dispute this. Update: I went by Aspen Dental to challenge my bill. I was told that it was a system error last year that caused this. And that Aspen Dental will fix this. I will leave this a 1 star for now. But will edit it after. 1. I receive a statement showing that I owe $0.0. 2. The final notice statement does not show up on any of my credit reports. They admitted it was an error. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for bad work product. I'd heard good things about Aspen Dental, so started out with a teeth cleaning, which went well. I was (& still am) in need of a bridge to help support my existing teeth. I knew to expect a break-in period as my mouth got adjusted to the new bridge. Unfortunately, after three separate appointments to adjust the fit, I still can't keep the bridge in my mouth for very long, let alone try to chew with it. 4/15/2021 Horrible!! The people that handle the insurance claims are NOT competent or helpful. They collect all money upfront and do NOTHING to help with rejected insurance claims. Even after we interacted with the insurance company and we TOLD Aspen how to handle the rejected portions of the claim, they wouldn't. Nor would they do the simple curtesy of returning a phone call after NOT correcting the claim that the insurance company requested. We finally had the insurance company contact Aspen directley. After a MONTH! Now it appears they overcharged us several hundred dollars...let's see how long it takes to get THAT returned...I'm not optimistic. DON'T make an appointment with Aspen Dental if you want to save yourself a lot of time and trouble...and money. Worst dental insurance personnel ever. UPDATE: 5/14/2021 We have now received an additional bill from Aspen. I have sent the EOB to their billing department and they owe us money...but we get a bill. Ridiculous. I went to Aspen Dental last week and we made the appointment for a cleaning and x-rays and my husband and I went together. They took my husband first and he was back with the dentist for about 30 minutes and then came out and he said that they never cleaned his teeth and kept taking x-rays and he had to stop them. When they started to take me I asked if they would do my cleaning, and the assistant said the dental hygienist left at 1:00. I said why weren't we notified? She said that's not the way we do things here, so I said well, I scheduled both and if you cannot do it, I'll go elsewhere to get my teeth checked. Which I did. Today, we got a text message acting like we had never made an appointment there. So, we will never be back. read more

I went in for a upper Partial. It took 4 times to get the mold right, as they were making adjustments they cut too much into the partial leaving wax on the metal part. The plastic did not adhere to the metal due to discoloration of the plastic. An attempt was followed but the fix had failed. Within a week the first tooth fell out, about 3 months later another tooth fell out. The inhouse lab is awful. Find somewhere else to go. read more

I really like the front desk staff here, she is always very friendly. I also like that they have a little bit later hours so that I don't have to miss as much work to go get my teeth cleaned or see the dentist. Went for a cleaning this time and the hygienist took me back right at my appointment time so I did not have to wait to be seen. I would say that the hygienist could have introduced herself and let me know that she was going to clean my teeth. She called me back and had me sit down then got some instruments out and I was not sure if she was an assistant or if she would be doing the cleaning. She did a good job and my teeth felt clean after. It is easy to make a follow up appointment if you book out 6 months in advance for regular check ups. I don't really have any issues with my teeth so I am not sure how well they do getting you in for anything other than a routine visit. read more

I got there early so I waited. Which was fine but they felt the need to spend 45 minutes taking X-rays. The dental assistant had no idea what she was doing she took no less than 30 pics of my mouth had to keep redoing cause she was doing it wrong. I now have a sore mouth and a cut on side of my tongue which hurts terribly. It's difficult to eat now. The only reason I went was I saw on Internet they gave estimates on crowns. Then after all that I found out they don't even do the crowns there, and I never even got to see the Dr. I'm glad I didn't have to pay, but I feel like they should of paid me for wasted time and for hurting me. This is THE WORST Dental Clinic I've ever been to. My first appt. just for an evaluation they had me there over an hour an a half. Finally went back to see what I need done, which is a lot. Made the appointment, they called to reschedule get this not once, twice but 7 times. I need an extraction complete so I decided to suck it up. Finally this Wed. was my appt. I get a call saying they just can't see me that day, after waiting a month to get a hurting tooth pulled. They moved me to today at 3pm. OK fine had to tell my work AGAIN I'd be missing the day after. Get a call Tuesday that they can't see me at 3 but if I could come in at 630 it would be great, again hurting so ok. Later that day they call AGAIN asking for 645. They text me the 645 confirmation I send back. I come in at 645 the people say I'm late and won't see me. I show them the message from their office and the actual dentist still blames me. I am beyond livid. I was a DT in the Navy and never dreamed of treating people like that. I can't even calm down. DON'T EVER GO HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IT'S THE MCDONALD'S OF DENTISTRY!!!!!!! read more

The people are very nice but I had a horrible experience in total! First of all I had way to much glue from the filling on all my teeth it was every where. I am still numb from the shots. And no one took the time to inform me on how and when I should eat or drink. And they were very horrible on managing there time it took forever for the procedure to occur. one of the worst experiences in dental care or business practices I have ever had. We went there to get my wife new dentures, after cancer therapy I thought it would help her feel more positive about her out look. her current dentures lost a tooth and she was very self conscious about it.We were scheduled to go on a vacation in a few weeks. So when we got there we requested they fix her present dentures and also fit her for a new set for when we return.They assured us they could get a new set in time.they did not. We had to go on vacation with the old ones. My wife did not want to go out in public, pretty much ruined what was supposed to be a trip to boost my wife's energy for life.when we got back they wanted to do a surgery to grind her jaw bone to fit the dentures better.She did not want this. she just wanted new dentures like the old ones but new.They pressured her the next visit to agree.This after we told them no.So next visit we refused. The dentist was visibly angry and left the room.When we went for the fitting the dentures did not fit.He tried to force them in her mouth. After re-grinding them twice he forced them in so hard I could hear them snap in.She was very upset. We left she got about three blocks away and was crying they hurt so bad.she took them out and refused to step foot back in that office.We took her old ones to another dentist they were repaired in one hour. she showed him the ASPEN DENTAL dentures he said the gums were extremely thick that they could not be altered to fit her.So that tells me ASPEN DENTAL in ROGERS intentionally made dentures to coheres her into getting a over $1000 procedure she did not need.THAT is predatory business, and shameful! read more

Aside from the long time it takes to get an appointment, usually over a month, it took FOREVER for them to see my daughter. It was at least an hour and a half before she was taken back to the x ray waiting room then after we got into the office, it took another half hour for the dentist to see her. After looking at the X-ray's, she never said she had a cavity, but started poking on her teeth to see if there was a soft spot indicating a cavity( she said) REALLY? The worst dental experience ever. I had the best dentist ever in Alpharetta Ga and did not know where to go when I moved to Rogers Ar. Unfortunately, I went to Aspen Dental. They evaluate and X-ray you to death and then sit you in the finance room where the finance person goes over everything they "think" you need done and figure out your payment and how you will pay. At the actual appointment the dentist that evaluated you originally is no where to be found and some low rate flunky starts in on your teeth. I had minor sensitivity in a tooth that was diagnosed as having decay after over two hours including a horrible cleaning done by the dentist and an excruciating filling that took forever my tooth that barely had any sensitivity now is ridiculously sensitive and everything gets stuck between that tooth and the next. What a unbelievable crap dentist that practices there. Run from this place!! read more
