I was recently reviewing my claims and after returning those horrible dentures, they actually had the nerve to try to reveal it for $2000 and get paid for something I returned because it was flawed when they have a moneyback guarantee unbelievable. These people are such crooks. and my insurance company told me that they had nothing but complaints but Aspen and you had to look online and Google it and you'll see that all over the country. Took my wife here to have dental implants done. Paid 8k upfront. Pulled here teeth and did the posts and she got sick and ended up passing away. Was in touch with the office constantly for refund for services not rendered. Received a refund of 1575,50 today. Where is the rest of the money? They billed our insurance for 2500 worth of work. Well here i am again with another bad experience. Apparently you can't make appts online if you're an established patient? Made an appt that worked with my work schedule what i thought was conveniently online come to find out i get a call the day of my appt with them telling me I can't be seen at 4:30 because it's a "new patient column" what does that mean? they could only see me at 2. doesn't work with my work schedule. why wasn't i notified prior to the day of my appt? First my crowns get messed up and now im having major jaw pain and they can't see me at my scheduled time? this place is awful. they will mess up your mouth. read more

The dentures I had cracked and it was pretty uncomfortable eating anything. Called Aspen Stone Oak and they got me in pretty quick. Probably the best experience I've had at a dentist office. They made me a new set of dentures and within a week I was smiling again! Everyone at the office from the dentist to the ladies up front were so friendly and just further made it a great experience. I had the most amazing experience today at Aspen Dental. Dr.Pallapati and Morgan was so professional, caring, sincere. My anxiety was really bad and yet they were able to keep me calm and relaxed through the whole procedure of a full mouth extraction. In fact at one point I nodded out! I cannot express enough my sincere gratitude to Dr. Pallapati and her entire staff for giving me my smile back and for making this the most pleasurable and memorable experience!!! This Dental office is a joke. They should never be in existence. Absolutely the worst type of customer service. They keep rescheduling appointments made months in advance. Not once but three times. Then they have the audacity to call 7 mins before my appointment and ask me to come in 45 mins later. Yes, 7 mins before my appointment as I was pulling into the parking lot! Remember if we cancelled an appointment, they will be very quick to charge us a $100 penalty fee for cancelling and rescheduling. Then they have a different hygienist each and every time. All they do is try to put you onto a more expensive treatment plan - even when that is not required. The useless doctor shows up 15 mins after waiting in that dental chair and spends 2 mins pretending to look into your mouth and says - we will see you in 3 months! I wonder where that absolutely incompetent doctor got her license to practice. Then they ask for payment on our visit. When I asked them is anything else is due from me for this visit, they told me that was it and rest is covered by insurance and 3 months later they send me an additional bill for the exact same visit. When I call up to question their bill, no one answered for 45 mins. I tried three times and everytime no one answers and I gave up wasting my time any further. I am so frustrated with this office, that I will not put up with their lousy customer service and cheap sales tactics. This business needs to be closed down and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the Texas Attorney General. Consumers need not have to deal with such crappy organizations. They would get a negative 10 star rating if Google allowed it. read more

They fixed my grill and I recommend their professionalism, patience kindness understanding and The prices and financing are awesome!! I went to another place and they quoted me 9000 for jobs i didn't need. Same procedures cost 3000 at Aspen!! Aspen; you literally saved my life by bringing me back from a necrotic or highly septic mouth. They whitened my teeth without trying. I cant say enough about the realistic cost and help financing. Aspen Dental & 281 Walkin Friday morning- no appt. new patient - please just glue my crown back on for now . . . Took a chance and was blown away from 10 seconds after walking through their door till the moment I walked out. Perfect customer service- with smiles laughter and sincere friendliness. Not often that someone walking from the back early in the morning makes eye contact with you and greets you, tells you they'll be right with -- and then gets right with you relatively quickly. Everyone including Dr. Camp was super friendly. And at the very end the moment of truth: They didn't try to hard sell me on the "upgrade big package deal . . . (Yes I know that 1K is a huge savings from 3K but not going to commit to that today. I just want a crown fixed.)They gave me the deets which is fine I DO want to know. Told them I will schedule before the end of the year. Recently I've talked a lot about Customer Experience in Web Design and just in general business - I love it when a company, large or small, gets it right. PS. If you live in N. Aspen Dental was a provider for Delta Dental insurance as well as the Veterans Administration. I made an appointment for a Dental Clearance to have a Total Knee replacement and the office staff was friendly but they took my original documents and did not make any copies. I also waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. They took xrays and then I waited another 20 minutes before I was seen again.. Long story short a DDS Abuhaial did the exam and told me I needed my teeth cleaned and that I had 2 cavities in my old wisdom tooth. She told me that before I could get a surgery release I need my teeth cleaned and my wisdom teeth pulled..Huh not good things to do with only 2 weeks before a tkr.. I wrote note to Delta Dental, the Veterans Administration and will send a note to the Texas Board of Medicine on how poorly this was handled and oh yea even with insurance they wanted $1,000.00 CAN YOU SAY MONEY HUNGRY and total unprofessional read more

I've scheduled four appointments and two have been cancelled and one was rescheduled for an hour earlier. I told them I could make it but needed to be out by a certain time, they agreed and said no problem at all. I got there and they said they were backed up and couldn't get me out at the time I asked so I rescheduled and was called back day before my appt saying the doc was gone for the week so I needed to be rescheduled, AGAIN! Very EXPENSIVE!!!! I made an emergency appointment over there toll line, very professional. Fit me in on a Saturday 2 appointments. My boyfriends tooth cap came off. After x-rays,20 minutes of waiting Dr.Shastri evaluates his X-rays gives us his recommendations and sends off to Meagan. Over thousands of dollars! They recommended me and my boyfriend. This place deserves "zero" stars. Came here for X-rays, general exam and cleaning. After x-rays the dentist tells me I have 2 bad -previously done" root canals/crowns and that they need to get extracted. Then the periodontist came in and after examining me, tells me I have "advanced" gun disease so I need a treatment. Estimate was over $2,000 and they immediately offer a no interest payment plan. I told them I want to wait but want my cleaning done, and of course they refused, not until my gums are healthy again. So I walked out the door and a couple of days later I visited another dentist on the Stone Oak area and surprise surprise, there's NOTHING wrong with my gums or my root canals! Today my husband was seen 15 minutes before his appointment time, the hygienist was gentle and concerned about how he was doing. The Dr. came in and asked me how I was doing with the filling I had done last week. When I told him there was some rough part on it he immediately said "well come on back and I'll fix it for you in 5 minutes." That was awesome... I can't believe the hospitality today, I discussed the issues of last week being so late to my appointments and missing breakfast before my classes. He was very apologetic and explained the possible reasons for that issue. I am very impressed with the changes from last week! I'm very diligent about my dental care, and after going twice a year for the past 40 years, I know my teeth and have good records. This dentist didn't think so. After two hours of waiting (there was only one other patient in the waiting room), getting X-rays, and speaking to an office person, the dentist comes in and tells me I need hundreds of dollars worth of work. When I said no, they refused to do the cleaning I came in for. Don't buy into their commercials. They are a typical bait and switch operation who works on fear tactics to convince you do to unnecessary work. They refuse to clean my teeth if I didn't do all the additional recommended treatments. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Let me start with I HATE going to the dentist, but I go, had so many bad things happen when I was little that I would rather have surgery then go, but off I went, I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and I knew it did, so it was pulled, I felt nothing and for me that is a big deal, as my fear make my blood pressure go up, and I become a big mess. Healed wonderful, I too need to take better care of my gums, so I have had the treatment twice, and they have improved I can see the difference I have had several teeth pulled my choice, the Dr wanted to save them I said no root canal is not something I will not do. In a couple weeks I will get my partial dentures and I trust them to get me the fit i need. The staff has ALL been very nice to me and I have told friends about them!! read more

Made an appointment over the phone and was told one thing got to the office told another. Was quoted $148 for simple extraction which I believe is what I had, took about 10 minutes to extract, so sounds simple, but ended up paying over $400 after a discount. Knowing that I have to have emergency treatment without currently having insurance was overwhelming, but they understood the situation and worked with me to estimate a tentative quote with flexible and convinient payment options. I would not recommend this place. They say on tv they can do dentures and partials in days but before they will begin they want you to complete other services that are not immediately necessary in order to provide the service you want. It is all about getting the most money they can. read more

Really rude and most definitely would never recommended! I went to get a consultation for my wisdom teeth, and they told me very rudely that I needed braces. When I proceeded to tell them that we didn't have the money to afford braces, the dentist went on to tell me that I needed to find a way to get them, and never even told me anything about my wisdom teeth! Horrible dental care, went in because I was having pain in a tooth. They took the ex rays and then moved me to a chair where a dental hygienist did an exam then the dentist came in and explained the treatment necessary. My tooth needed to be extracted do to bone loss. Fine that's what I went in for but nothing was done, the primary concern was on the deep cleaning. I was sent out to wait for the financial person to explain the cost. 20 or 30 minutes later she presented me with a $1900 deep cleaning program. The extraction was $134 but the focus was on the deep cleaning which was negotiated to about a $1000. Went home without any money out of pocket and no extraction scheduled. Called the next day to get an appointment and was told after 15 minutes on the phone they would call me back to schedule. Never heard back from them. Went to a real dentist and was prescribed antibiotics to end the infection that the Aspen Dr said she could see puss coming out around the tooth. All was ignored by Aspen. I have never had such terrible customer service at a medical office. I was established at a different aspen dental previously, which I loved. This place was the opposite. There seemed to be no communication between the office staff. Less than a month ago, I was told I had one small cavity (by an Aspen Dental Dentist) that required no immediate action. I left this office visit diagnosed with multiple cavities and told I needed surgery within the next year. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes discussing the expensive treatment options before I was moved to another room and told to sign that I agreed with the treatment and cost. Besides this overall negative experience, the hygienist was amazing and is the only reason I am not giving them one star. She was very considerate, explained every part of the cleaning, and answered all my questions. I have one very sensitive tooth and she even took the time to numb it before continuing with the cleaning. Overall, I thought she was incredible. But sadly, I will not be returning because as someone in the medical profession I do not trust anyone who would recommend unnecessary surgery. read more
