I had Dr. Walters extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth a couple weeks later. There was a little confusion regarding the chauffeur on the day of the appt; no one ever informed me that my ride would need to be present in the waiting room for the entire duration of the procedure which was a little frustrating but not something I would consider to be a major inconvenience. Post-op had very very little pain even off the pain meds--I even had a complicated impaction for one tooth yet still very little pain--Dr. Walters knows what she doing! Had to make my own follow up appt after the extractions which was a little confounding because no one else ever brought the matter up; generally I would expect that this would have been scheduled before hand or at least the matter would have been brought to my attention by the office staff--all in all, this is a minor issue/mistake and don't believe that this warrants a rating demerit. Both Drs. Klenke & Walters are both extremely professional & highly personable & especially courteous. I would absolutely recommend this dentist office. The hygienist & clerical staff are great! Very professional & efficient. Teri, the financial coordinator is great as well--very clear & patient in planning for the financial aspect of the treatment plan. Very very VERY satisfied customer overall & will def remain a customer; I have my routine cleaning & porcelain fillings appts already scheduled! Will most likely follow up thereafter w/ Invisalign, finances allowing of course. Thank you both very very much office staff, Dr. Klenke & especially Dr. Walters! You've made this experience enormously better for me than what I had originally expected. You guys are doing great, keep at it! I make it a habit to know what services I receive and what kind of benefits that are associated with the services through insurance. Yesterday, I received a bill in the mail (first time) saying that I owe almost $2,000. (The bill has no information of any kind explaining where this amount is coming from) So, naturally I was concerned and called the dentist office immediately. This is the first time I am seeing or hearing this amount billed to me. I spoke to a newly hired office employee that explained to me that I had been carrying a balance for almost 2 years for services that were rendered. Everytime I get any kind of treatment or service, I make it a habit to PAY IN FULL the amount that is owed the date services are rendered. If not, then I set up a PAYMENT PLAN to cover any remaining amount the date services are rendered. The young lady on the phone explained to me EOB's that are covered through insurance and the remaining amounts are billed to the clients. My questions were why am I just now receiving a bill? Why are you threatening to send me to collections in 10 days if the bill is not paid in full? Why did I not receive a statement, phone call, or bill prior? Why would I continue to get services/ treatment at an establishment if I have an open balance? Why doesn't the bill show detailed information about what was billed for and why? The billing system that created this document hasn't been updated since 2022 showing the lack of monitoring the billing system has. (Shown at the bottom of the bill) Keep in mind, I received this bill (for the first time) 12/23/24. Two days before Christmas. Judging by the past reviews of disgruntled prior existing patients, it seems that I am not the only one who has had issues with the billing department and the LACK OF TRANSPARENCY through billing. I would never agree to pay for services, NOT knowing the full amount that is due at the time of services. This type of business practice appears to be shady and not forthcoming. This kind of business practice literally leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Some doctors are rough when handling you, my recent doctor forcefully broke several strings of floss in my teeth after i was asking her to stop due to it being painful. This was a result of the bad fillings she did. Ive also had a horrible time scheduling with them lately, they tell me i'm on the schedule and give me a appt card with time and day, i come in, no appt scheduled. They fail to provide important info for future appts and receptionists have little patience.

I appreciate her professionalism, have built a rapport with her and that she's not excessively chatty. She's given me tips over the years and I know I'm in good hands when I'm being attended by her. I get disappointed if she isn't available. I had X-rays today and those bite-wing things can be overwhelming in the mouth so I just focused because at one point I almost threw up for some reason when it was towards the back of my mouth but I held it together. Luckily it's only once a year. Everything was straightforward and afterwards, Dr. Ruiz examined my mouth, scraped a little and I asked her about getting a new, thinner Mouthguard that will act like a Retainer. At first she mentioned one product that was for my upper and lower teeth but I told her I didn't have braces on my lower teeth so she thought about it and decided to have me try something else. I ended up ordering an Essix Retainer that's thicker than a regular Invisalign Retainer which is more flimsy so it acts like a Night Guard. I was able to get an iTero mouth/teeth 3D scan at the beginning of my appointment so I was able to skip an appointment and just come for the fitting later this month. The 3D scan is a new and free procedure that tracks changes in your mouth/teeth for future reference. Dr. Ruiz was very nice in our brief visit. My regular dentist is currently on Maternity Leave. As always, I leave with extra sample toothpaste, toothbrush and floss. The office has a Keurig machine, chips tray and bottled water in a small fridge and an Air Purifier out in the waiting room.

These guys are the literal best. Everyone at the office is so kind and seems to make a point of making visits as stress free as possible. The receptionists have always treated me kindly and have not rushed me when I'm scheduling with them or have additional questions, the hygienists are professional but talk you through every step so you aren't surprised as to what's going on or what happens next, and the dentists themselves are quick but efficient in handling the concerns brought up. I'd mentioned tooth hypersensitivity in one area and the hygienist went out of her way to numb the location for my routine cleaning and the dentist went over possible advanced solutions to help. I ended up getting a filling over the area which has helped the sensitivity immensely. At no other office I've tried prior have they offered to numb the location to help with the discomfort or be proactive about the issue when I've brought attention to it. I never thought it I could be such a simple fix, but they took the time to care and the issue's been mostly resolved. It's absolutely worth noting that the hygienists and the dentists aren't rough in the slightest and have the gentlest touch. While I myself don't have dentist anxiety, I'm sure this must be a relief for those that experience it. I highly recommend this office if you do have dentist anxiety or are simply looking for a new dentist. You won't regret it.

In coming here for an initial cleaning and exam, I noticed a lot of differences from my usual Dallas dentist. One, they don't use a different polish on veneers than on regular teeth (which my previous dentist did). Two, the tech who worked on my teeth was rough, especially on the gum line around my veneer. And three, while the office design was nice, the technology they used for the cleaning was a bit old-school (dated). I'm just used to a practice that uses newer forms of cleaning and polishing procedure. As I was private pay, the total was $250+, which is highway robbery for a simple cleaning. I go every few months, so my teeth are almost always never a problem. I was in and out in 30-40 minutes. The cost didn't come anywhere near equating to the experience. I've since been seen by two other doctors who both refused to do any composite bonding or additional work because they stated this issue should have been corrected during the time I had braces/ he needs to be the one to correct the issue. Especially after going through treatment twice with Dr. Brandon. On May 20th, I went in for an evaluation and X-rays. Instead of taking accountability or offering to correct the issue, Dr. Brandon referred me out. I spoke with one of the locations I was referred to, explained my situation and they stated Dr. Brandon should be the one correcting this since it should have been addressed during my original treatments and they feel he's brushing me off. RED FLAG #1 Prior to ortho he referred me out to have some teeth pulled before he can began ortho. Oddly enough the Dr. who he referred me to look at my file and was extremely surprised that Dr. Brandon was going to complete my ortho. He said, "Brandon is doing Ortho?" RED FLAG #2 After ortho completion where it surprisingly only took 6 months for an over crowded teeth.I accepted because I thought he knew what he was doing. But what I did not realize then is that adjusting my bottom jaw to sit in a way where it will not hit the top teeth is NOT NORMAL! Additionally, my bottom teeth, the left side sets high than the right! So I've also learned to smile, talk, etc with my left side jaw sitting higher since the ortho work of Dr. Brandon I believe this is why I get headaches!!!! Now, when it comes to my daughter, she recently wanted to fix a tooth we all thought was just naturally smaller and was considering composite bonding to fill the tooth to match the other side. After a few dental Dr's down Potranco Rd whom all concluded by x-rays and thorough examination that whomever completed ortho failed to properly bring down that tooth. They are surprise to learn even after two of attempts of ortho that something like should not have occurred;however, they state it's an easy fix. They all advised for her to go back to Dr. Brandon to resolve as they do not recommend composite bonding. Guess what, Dr. Brandon evaluates her, takes x-rays, and sends her off to speak about "billing". So with that in mind, he knows he is able to complete this job, right?!? Well, my daughter calls me to tell me they want to charge her for this correction. So Yes, I called and was extremely upset. I stated to the office manager Marcella(whom by the way is rude!! )that Dr. Brandon should do this correction as a courtesy, at no cost. After some back and fourth, she stated she'll rely the message. After a couple days we get a call that he REFUSES to work on her, and is referring her out!!!!! Apparently, he reevaluated this situation and deemed he is not capable in completing HIS correction! SERIOUSLY!!! All the other dental Dr stated it was an easy fix!
