Went there to have 4 extractions and get a bottom denture. The doctor doing the extractions broke a tooth he was extracting and left a part of the tooth in my gum. It is very painful, and I have to back this week and show them what they did. So now I have to get this removed. I'm sure this is going to be painful and am not looking forward to it. If they think I am going to pay for their mistake they are crazy. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. We had a dental appointment bc my daughter had teeth pain and it ended up she needed her wisdom teeth out. Because the oral surgeon at that location doesn't take her insurance we had to find someone else and we did. When I went to transfer her records they told me they couldn't because they had a "data breach". They said I could get the records in a week or so. I called back 3 weeks later and they still won't send the records. We had to cancel the appointment with the oral surgeon because of their negligence. I've never had or heard of a place like this keeping the records hostage. It's a breech of HIPPA. I'd like to report them to the state as they have had many lawsuits against them and have lost and had to pay. I'm contacting Maura Healy and the state attorney general to find out if they can help. Don't go to Aspen Dental. read more

Terrible! I had a tooth that broke. The MD fixed it. When we looked at what the tooth looked like, he said " Oh, I made a mistake, the tooth is too short! Doesn't look right, but I can fix it!" I had another apt. so I couldn't stay. Charged me $300, then several months later Aspen billed me another $50. read more

Your first check up, teeth cleaning and x-rays are free. The technician was very friendly and made the x-rays quick. Being that it's a franchise dentist it's a little pricy and they push a lot of "options" on you. Great to find out your baseline. Don't know if I'd go back. Good if your in a new town/city and need a dentist. They do do a good job of sitting with you and showing you how and what your insurance covers. read more

After loosing my dental insurance I needed to find a place that I could get my cleanings done without cleaning out my wallet. Staff was friendly enough and polite. Free dental exam because I was a new patient was nice. Overall it was a nice experience. Only suggestion would be to have the cleaning crew come in a little more often. The exam x-ray room I was in had a trash can that was almost over flowing, and I was one of the first patients of the day. Maybe it's just me but I like my dentist office to be clean. Rugs were worn and wall could use some paint. I will continue there for now. read more

I went here for tooth pain and the first visit was rocky. I felt judged. And being judged when you can barley afford to think about dental treatment is rough. So I went back for the extraction they scheduled. I mentioned on the phone I have extreme anxiety and me being awake is not a great idea and I need to schedule something sedated. The woman told me I'd have to mention it when I went so when I did the doctor became extremely irritated and upset and I felt so judged and embarrassed because I had already dropped 400 dollars to even be in the office to begin with along with being treated poorly for something I have struggled with horrendously my entire life. So I scheduled a surgery and dropped another 300 to pay in advance for it. Well after sitting on it for a few days I called and canceled my surgery and I got a refund. Not only can I not afford it but I'd rather not have judgmental people ripping teeth out of my head. They truly made trying to have a healthy mouth I'm proud of embarrassing and even scarier for me. read more

I had to have some teeth removed earlier this week. I am probably one of the biggest scaredy cats around when it comes to dental work. Dr. Lee and his staff were amazing!!! They made me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedure. I shook through the whole procedure (which is my own issue) and Evie held my hand throughout my appointment-God bless her. While waiting a month and half for my first Aspen dental visit (next available) at a different Aspen location, my entire filling unexpectedly fell out. I called this location in the meantime and was able to get in with in hours to have a temporary fix put in while I wait for my appointment at the other location. Although they were busy and the wait once in the dental chair was quite long for a quick putty in the place of my filling, the staff was very professional and explained every detail of cost and procedure before moving forward. I left very pleased with the price and the professionalism on top of them fitting me in last minute. read more

ELDERLY MOM TREATED HORRIBLY THERE! Arrangements had been made well over a month ago for my elderly mom to get treatment for gum disease, after she unexpectedly lost several teeth. They did their typical exam and then she was brought in and the scaling and antibiotics placed. She was to go for a follow up. My 84 year old mother lives in an assisted living residence, nearby. I had gone with her to the inititial visit. I explained to them that I had a Dental One plan and that I would put the charges on that, IF she was unable to get one directly. I then had put in place with Commenity Bank, that does the Dental One plans, an arrangement allowing my mother to be a "buyer" along with transportation arrangement for her. She got there and was treated, however, she was NOT ALLOWED to sign for the bill using my account. She was also humiliated and embarrassed, confused as to what to do when they erroneously told her that if I WAS NOT PRESENT TO SIGN that they would NOT let her use my account. After contacting them YET AGAIN about this, they did agree that their staff person was in error and that I did NOT have to be there. FINE, I THOUGHT... So the next visit she missed, because the transportation service there did not have her down somehow. I rescheduled her visit for follow up after the treatment. BILL STILL NOT PAID YET, DUE TO THEIR OWN MISHANDLING OF THE OTHER VISIT WHERE THEY DID NOT ALLOW WHAT I'D ALREADY APPROVED. So my elderly mother gets there and after AGAIN BEING BADGERED ABOUT PAYMENT, she was confused, they should NOT HAVE BEEN! they had her waiting there, she says for TWO HOURS, they refused to help her at all and again badgered her over money, despite my having been there in person, and then again calling them and making all arrangements for her to be an AUTHORIZED USER of MY DENTAL ONE PLAN. The people there should be reported to the Office of Elderly Affairs. My mother, who has a heart condition and needs a walker to get about, a retired lady in her last days, should never have been badgered by their office bullies over money and how the bill gets paid, she was completely shaken and teary BOTH TIMES SHE WENT THERE WITHOUT ME PRESENT. She shouldn't need a protector to get her teeth taken care of. read more

I got my wisdom teeth removed here and I'm going to be coming consistently for some treatment, but That's not the point. I've never been treated with such level of care at any other dentist I've been to. Doctor Lee was amazing he made the whole procedure painless and comfortable for me. Evie!!!! Was AMAZING she literally held my hand as I was getting my teeth removed because I had come alone! I was able to get the names of most of the staff but I can't put my point on the lady who helped me with my insurance, whatever magic she did she made it so that I could afford it. I'm so thankful and grateful and this is somewhere I feel comfortable and cared for so my new dentist. Also shout out to their rest of their team for being so amaZing! Deja, Matt, Amanda, Kristen, Julie, Eugiene, Owen and Char! My regular dentist couldn't fit me in, gave me recommendation to other dentist but they didn't take my insurance, I called Aspen and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't believe it A Saturday afternoon is unheard of in any medical facility. the staff are extremely pleasant and helped me stay calm. I get anxiety and told them so .they distracted me enough that I was done before even realizing it had begun . I have gone back to continue the treatments needed to correct my teeth even had a root canal done. read more

after several visits this one was a nightmare and a complete waste of my time. had a 11:00a.m. appointment showed 10:35 a.m. early as usual . i understand the importance of an appointment as i'm in the customer service business . i was told i now had 2 appointments one at 10:a.m. and one at 11:a.m. who with a tight schedule would schedule 2 back to back appointments ? then i went to my car and made a couple business calls and figured having another hour until my next appointment . i then called and spoke to charlene who confirmed my 11:a.m. appointment so i went back in and some disrespectful and unprofessional person dressed as a dr . ? tells me my 11:a.m. appointment that i just cofirmed with charlene while i was in the parking lot was actually at 10:30 so he wont help me . in my opinion he should have saved mommy and daddys money for dr. school .
