The staff is exceptionally caring and considerate. From the first phone call, throughout. I didn't have all her info, which I should, but didn't. They didn't get flustered with me. Eventually, mom found her cards. And they got everything all set up. You could not find a nicer dentist than Dr. Kashyap, aka, Dr. K. He is wonderful and explained everything, in better detail. He is very personable and attentive, my mother felt very reassured almost immediately. As It turns out mom can keep more of her teeth than we'd thought! "Thank you for finding this place. The first dentist said I would be contacted quickly for my deep cleaning.. I waited and waited no call. I started calling and was told I would get a call-NO CALL!!!! So, I called the insurance company--they did not put in a claim to the insurance company till 8 weeks after my first visit-TWO MONTHS. Then, I was told I was approved and no one called me, Then, I was super mad and called. Manager called me and said she told the insurance person at their office to call me-no one did. So, I get an appointment and was told 1 o'clock. I go to office and was informed I was late-appointment was 12-I said I was told 1. Woman at desk got rude; I got ruder. Then, another person came with an attitude-gave it back and yelled-2 1/2 months. Then, manager comes out with her phony calm attitude- I said I had every right to be angry- 2 1/2 months and both women prior to her were rude. So, dentist comes out and admits the office is not properly organized, they are just employees, etc. If you are an employee, that does not give you the right to do a job incompetently. and he says we serve 5000 a year-so, sorry what happened to you. This was my case as I had availability to come in today. I had Makayla as my hygienist for the afternoon and she was by far the most informative individual I have had since coming here. Helps to that I asked questions which I always forget outside of dental visits. She also had a good choice of pandora music playing which I feel helped her get through that end of the day evening push. They have a cancer screening and a gum laser treatment now which I chose not to do at this visit. Upsetting to see two one star reviews from people who have chosen to only review minimal places. I have yet to have any negative experiences other than post covid scheduling which many industries are still playing catch up with.

All of the staff are courteous and kind, but I want to give a special acknowledgment to Dr. Park. She really calmed my nerves, and had such pleasant chair side rapport, that I was able to relax during my dental work. Every single person I have encountered at this establishment is not only kind and courteous but they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They always try and make me feel comfortable and like I actually matter. It has almost become like going to see an old friend. Of course my friends don't stick their hands in my mouth and cause mild unpleasant pain. But close enough. If your looking for a new family dentist and live in the area give them a shot. I actually don't live anywhere close but drive about an hour because I not only trust them but don't absolutely hate going. I mean I'd rather not go to the dentist but hey if your going to go anyway better to find one where the people treat you the right way.
