ACTUALLY I GIVE Zero stars. I had teeth removed and had a temporary partial. I was told it would take 6 months to get my permanent denture that was seven months ago. I have been waiting for them to get back to me and when they never called. I called and they told me that they can not give my permanent without a deep cleaning which they can't schedule until July. So I paid for everything but now I have to pay for a deep cleaning before they will give me my permanent that I have already paid for! They kept saying "I'm sorry you are upset" Not I'm sorry we did not follow through and we will make every effort to accommodate you since you have already paid and have waited over 6 months. I'd give them no stars. My regular dentist was unable to see me for three weeks I broke a tooth and it was very sharp. I thought I'd fry aspen it was close to home. First imp was good. So I thought I'd let them do the work. Had a crown prep done my temp was high tried getting an appt girl was rude ended up showing up and waiting for a five sec appt. Then went back crown didn't fit dr smith didn't want to be bothered Marla the assistant was very rough and caused me alit of pain . People aren't nice and don't care the few times I've been there I've watched them talk about people it's rude. Also every time I was quoted it price after ins it always ended up being more. Run from this place this is another reason they have no staff. And the staff they have sucks. read more

I do not recommend this place at all because I had a severe toothache and couldn't find anyone who took my insurance then I called them and they said "oh yeah we take it etc" so I made a apt online , and waited two weeks to be seen, drove 20mins away to get here and got there and the secretary said "oh we don't take your insurance, but if you need work you can pay out of pocket"...These people are not clear at all when you speak to them!..Do NOT call them and ask questions...Go directly to the office to talk to them if you want to know anything because on the phone they don't tell you shit!... they either say yes or no, that's it ...(I give ZERO stars ) I been dealing with tooth pain for over a month now (and Im a single shitty paying job working mother with 4 kids) all because these idiots didn't explain shit over the phone . I was very pleased with the way my son was treated having teeth removed for braces. He wasn't afraid at all and it didn't seem to bother one bit. The entire staff at the Pittsburgh Mills location are the best. read more
