Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.

I felt heard, seen, and well cared for. I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Lily and I do not ever want another dentist. I mean, Dr. Antoine is super nice, but I am a Dr. Lily fan. I had to have a root canal and then we did veneers for my two front teeth. I had to wear temporary teeth until my veneers were finished and mine kept coming out. They were so patient with me and got me in quickly to help. I am very happy with my teeth and extremely grateful for everyone at Wakim Cosmetic and Family Dentistry.

Little did I know that would be complicated enough without the short notice. This place got me in quickly. Once there the dental tech was a beautiful lady named Angel. She was very gentle and respectful. She knew right off what needed to be done and lost no time getting everything ready for the dentist. The dentist was AMAZING! Wow did he know what he was doing. This tooth had me taking 20 ibuprofens a day. So I was in a lot of pain. I didn't feel anything when he took my tooth out. Angel had to tell me it was all done. Omg that was the best dental experience ever in my life! And their x-rays are $40.

First visit she sent me to the endodontist. They tell me there's nothing they could do and that this was a dentist issue. Told me that she should have taken crown off to see what was going on with tooth before referring me out. Now I'm out $350 wasted bucks. So I set appointment. to go see her again to get this resolved. So 6 days before my appointment they send me confirmation text which I responded yes I will be there to, one day before appointment they call my house, my office, my cell, and then the day of, they send a me reminder text. I tell them I do not need that many reminders and I do not appreciate being treated stupid. They in turn call me up an hour before my appointment and tell me that I am rude and to go else ware. To date this woman has done nothing that shows any signs of professionalism. or ability to be a real dentist. She completely missed a cavity on my 19 year old daughter and told her that they would fix it on the next visit, she goes to college out of state, how convenient to pass the buck of responsibility again. She has done nothing that she said she would do and we would not refer to her anyone. It is a good thing an excellent dentist paved the way for her because if she opened her own clinic she would surly go broke. We give her a 0 on a scale of 0-10. Great work "Doc" .

We have had a few issues with this place along the way but nothing compared to what has happened recently! I paid a bill that was due for $124. The receptionist entered and extra zero and charged my card $1240 they said they immediately refunded this charge and continued to charge my card again for the correct $124. Angry as hell we waited until the next day when we were charged and additional $1240 but no refund in sight. Not only did they take the first payment by "accident" now I have two of these "accidental" transactions. Totaling to $2480 that was taken from us aside from the $124 I was suppose to pay. After showing her our bank statements she said there is nothing she can do for us and that we need to dispute this with our bank. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life and I will be telling everyone I know about this place and my experience

I was referred here by a friend due to their work on her infant's tongue tie. I had that procedure back in August and Carrie did an amazing job with the body work and prep leading up to the release. Then she had great follow up after.
