We missed our flight and immediately contacted them to let them know that we are behind by two hours. The rate was 550. After we arrived they billed us close to a 1,000 dollars. The flight was delayed. When we landed the car service was not there. We waited about 20 minutes for them to arrive. No booster seats for the children were provided. As we are being transferred, one of their employees calls the driver and tells her, in a very rude tone, to hurry up in dropping us off. I had other car services scheduled with them and decided to cancel them and use a different service. I am this family's assistant, and when things like this happen, I look bad. 3/23/2014 - My credit card was charged $260 when it should have only been $90. It was only a 15-minute transfer. I spoke with Wendell and he refused to give us a credit. Their claim: We were late in arriving so they charged us for two car services. Our claim: They should have tracked the flight with the information provided, and there was no reason for not having the seat boosters or for being rude. Not even an apology. My advice: Never again!
