ABL Concierge made my husband's 50th Birthday Vacation in November 2019 (sorry you guys for posting late) absolutely perfect! The Aspenwood condo was exactly what we were hoping it would be! Being on the corner, it was easily accessible with breathtaking views of the Aspen trees. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping and skiing. Vivian, the property manager, made sure I had everything I needed in the well stocked kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family including all of the groceries I needed! I had hoped to be able to decorate before my husband arrived since we were celebrating his 50th birthday and she even made that happen along with a champagne toast when we walked in! It was such an amazing place that we felt like it was straight out of a Hallmark movie! I highly recommend this condo and ABL Concierge! Vivian, Doug, Charlie, and Jay thought of everything and made the planning for me stress free. They made reservations to wonderful restaurants, arranged transportation for the entire trip with Gold Leaf Limo (Cameron, our driver/friend, was outstanding) and also reserved/rented everything we needed for skiing and snowmobiling! With the help of ABL concierge, my husband and I enjoyed a stress-free vacation while in Aspen! It was difficult for me to find places/attractions/activities that were in operation since it was the week between the fall and winter seasons, and I am not familiar with the area. I quickly learned that places were closed because there either wasn't enough snow or there was a little bit too much. Vivian planned EVERY detail of our trip, and we enjoyed everything Aspen had to offer. She even handled all of our dinner reservations for the week. We simply had to show up ready to eat. She checked in with us periodically throughout the week to make sure our trip was going smoothly and offered any assistance if we needed to change plans. ABL Concierge set up a wonderful picnic for our first trip to the Hollywood Bowl. Absolutely everything was done for us and it was so convenient. We arrived at our picnic table that was set beautifully with table linens and delicious charcuterie plates. We then enjoyed delicious sandwiches, desserts and drinks. We didn't need to bring a thing. Everyone around us wanted to join in as they saw the amazing service we experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, the food... it was perfect. As the concert time got close and we headed inside the venue, ABL took care of all clean up. Our LA hosts arranged for ABL services and I would highly recommend them. What an amazing travel experience! We had every aspect of our trip organized for us. It made our travel experience completely relaxing and enjoyable. Our day began with a peek at our daily itinerary​ that was conveniently​ downloaded from​ the recommended app. Our itinerary​ included dining​ and spa reservations but also provided us with recommendations for​ sightseeing​.
