Of course I did set an appt a day before on the website. It was easy to navigate and make an appt. The staff working on August 23rd, 2026 were awesome and super sweet! On top of my 5 star review, i'm so thankful that several months ago I was struggling with muffled hearing. I had been there many times and the doctors had exhausted all options for treatment from steroids to antibiotics. They suggested that I go see an ENT. I ended up seeing an ENT later on and I found out I had a tumor in my ear. I will continue coming to this urgent care. Thank you guys so much!!!

We have three kids, now all adults, and have been coming here for years since they were young…read more We've been here for everything from sports physicals and injuries to sick visits, and all of the doctors and PAs we've seen have been thorough, knowledgeable, and great with all of us. There have been times when the wait was long, even with an appointment, but other visits have been quick. Regardless, the wait has always been worth it because we've consistently received great care. It's hard to find a place you trust for your family over so many years, and we've always been very happy with the care we've received here. Highly recommend!

I arrived early for my first appointment and was taken in at a decent time but it took a while to actually see Dr. Virk. When I met him, he seemed very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. He seemed like he actually read through the thick patient intake packet I completed. He was warm and genial. He didn't seem to be in a huge rush to get me out of the door. I was pleased with my experience, and felt that the wait was worth it. When I got my lab work done, I messaged Dr. Virk but never received a response from him, only from his staff stating they had sent the message to him. When I tried to call, I left a callback number after a long wait and was never called back, though the automated message stated I was next in line. I left another message on the patient portal explaining this and my availability in trying to schedule an appointment. I did receive a call and voicemail the following morning. When I called back, I immediately received an answer and was able to schedule a phone visit within a few weeks. My previous doctor's office allowed people to schedule appointments online through their patient portal or via text, which I found helpful. I do wish this was the case with this office. I also wish I could see after visit care instructions and information on the patient portal, as I can be forgetful with verbal instructions and would like to be able to refer back on the specific directions my doctor has given. Overall, I like this office, but having a more modern way of scheduling appointments and accessing my health data would make it 5 stars.

Also, I went back the following day to collect my receipt because I did not receive it on date of service. I later noticed receipt indicated I paid $35., but my bank showed a $36. draft. I called their office this morning and was told, "I told you about the fee" when in fact they did not. I had cash on me on day of visit so I would have just paid cash. She also said "there is a small sign" at front desk, which obviously should be much larger since I did not see it. The $1. fee is not the point, the point here is the fee was not disclosed. I don't have to wait for days for an appointment. Nurses in the front office are especially nice & friendly. My only issue is with their billing. The billing company that use is impossible to deal with. Never return your calls and one doesn't know what the other did. They send claims to insurance too late or not at all ... and are too happy to send it to collection agency.

There are physicians who prioritize the quality of their care rather than taking on as many patients as possible in pursuit of greater profit. My interactions with Dr. Sameer also left me with the impression that he was socially awkward, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. That may not bother every patient, but when someone is responsible for addressing serious health concerns, effective communication and a willingness to listen are extremely important. So far I've been here since 815 this morning for a surgery that was scheduled to begin at 1015. The…read moresurgical center didn't update anyone in the lobby about times and delays. Finally they took her back to put plates in her arm at 10am. What I didn't find out till 1230 was that she didn't actually get into surgery until 12. I had to ask more than once even though I was told I'd get texts. Then a woman came in selling burritos. They spoke to everyone that was Hispanic and completely avoided me. I'm starving, won't leave because of the surgery, and after listening to everyone around me speak in a language I don't... in the USA, then to avoid me even though I was looking at them, was complete crap. The surgical center is supposed to be professional and nonracist. It's little, I know, but it made me feel uncomfortable. And yeah I could have said something but I won't give my money to people who intentionally tried to ignore me. The girls behind the counter at the surgical center chatted with the food peddlers for nearly 15 minutes. I just sat here and watched the whole thing and no one at much as smiled back at me.
