The service here has been hit or miss. The first person I talked to when I tried joining this practice was a bit impatient and unhelpful when I tried asking logistical questions about signing up with my PCP. Then she got my email address wrong when I tried to sign up for the patient portal. When I called back I spoke with Gwen, who was super friendly and helpful. She corrected the error right away. I arrived early for my first appointment and was taken in at a decent time but it took a while to actually see Dr. Virk. When I met him, he seemed very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. He seemed like he actually read through the thick patient intake packet I completed. He was warm and genial. He didn't seem to be in a huge rush to get me out of the door. I was pleased with my experience, and felt that the wait was worth it. When I got my lab work done, I messaged Dr. Virk but never received a response from him, only from his staff stating they had sent the message to him. When I tried to call, I left a callback number after a long wait and was never called back, though the automated message stated I was next in line. I left another message on the patient portal explaining this and my availability in trying to schedule an appointment. I did receive a call and voicemail the following morning. When I called back, I immediately received an answer and was able to schedule a phone visit within a few weeks. My previous doctor's office allowed people to schedule appointments online through their patient portal or via text, which I found helpful. I do wish this was the case with this office. I also wish I could see after visit care instructions and information on the patient portal, as I can be forgetful with verbal instructions and would like to be able to refer back on the specific directions my doctor has given. Overall, I like this office, but having a more modern way of scheduling appointments and accessing my health data would make it 5 stars. read more

I just got new insurance -I called to make an appt. For my blood pressure- they told me I couldn't make an appt because I owed $100 from a deductible from an insurance I no longer have from 2024- I have no problem paying I just wanted to look into it. Maria at billing was a horrible representation of how Dr. Pat runs her practice. This lady was unprofessional, made you feel dumb if you don't know medical terms she was using, raised her voice at me and was extremely rude... I did call the office back to let them know how business is being handled and I it Shouldn't matter if I'm a new patient or old patient you shouldn't be treated like that. read more

I moved to the area recently and needed to establish with a new Dr. I had originally planned to see a female doctor, as always, for preference. They said the other doctor had sooner availability so took the chance. I saw Dr Jasjeet Virk and he was so great! A Doctor that genuinely cares about your wellbeing and what you have to say. He is honest about the possible side effects / long term consequences about some medications and isn't rushing the appointment in a way to just get onto the next patient. I appreciated it all very much! He was thorough and had great communication and people skills. The office space itself is beautiful and the front receptionist was kind and communicative. I've been using this office off and on since 2012. Off and on because sometimes it was a pain to get in, rude front desk and Dr's leaving. Went here yesterday to get re-established. I saw Dr. Tanya (last name starts with an H). Let me tell you, she was nothing short of amazing! The front desk was pleasant and that is huge for this office since my experience in the past is what led me to go elsewhere. I am so happy I gave this office another chance. I chose to go to Patricia Greco NP for my primary care. My best friend goes to her and just raves that she's a wonderful doctor and is so kind and really cares about her patients. I came into the doctor broken. I was not in a good place mentally and I needed help. I don't ask for help and normally tough things out on my own. For the first time I was excited to be treated like I mattered by a doctor I was actually excited to get some help. I met her and she was unbelievably cold to me. She treated me like I was a number and not a person. She didn't try and get to know me or ask why I was struggling to see how she could help me best. She typed away on her computer without making eye contact, spoke went way too fast about the 5 new meds she placed me on for me to comprehend and left the room. She asked me back 4 times in 2 weeks, I am a first responder and work night shift. I sleep during the day. At no point did she realize how hard it is for me to lose sleep to come into the doctor 4 times in 2 weeks. She gave me massive attitude. The 2nd time I went in she shoved a brand new PA at me and again the next time. I left every since encounter with her angry and crying. I am so unbelievably disappointed in her service and how she treated a referral of a person who raved about her. I've found a new primary care doctor. If you are looking for your doctor to care about you find another one because she's not it. read more

Dr Pat is so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. I came from Kaiser insurance to a new private PPO plan and I have to say I've never felt so comfortable at a doctor's appointment. My mom referred me to her and I am not disappointed. I can tell Dr Pat loves what she does and truly cares for her patients. She let me know what areas I need to work on for myself. I really appreciate it. She has a great bedside manner. Her office staff and nurses were just as warm. I am happy to have come to Dr Pat's office for my care -- I have a lot of medical history and ailments and therefore require the type of care Dr Pat provides: Friendly, but honest and up front. Ever since Optum took over, the quality has gone down. I don't have an issue with the doctors, but the supporting staff and overall system is terrible. It's all based on volume, not care of the patient. Dr. Attia is one of the best. But most of the other physicians have retired or left the group. I can see why. Seniors are just cogs in a wheel. All they want are patients that don't question and take only 15 minutes to see. If you love your parents or other seniors, don't take them here. read more

I read a lot of the reviews, most of which seem to be focused on the facility and it's staff members. Not many discuss the doctor's themselves, and their professionalism, or lack thereof. I just recently switched to this facility and am seeing Dr. Agtuca (only twice so far). At first, he seemed ideal, and a wonderful and caring doctor. But on the last visit, he had the gall to look at his watch constantly, and then the audacity to suddenly utter, "I don't have time for this" when I asked him if he would like to know why I didn't go to the podiatrist that he had referred me to. Unbelievable, horrible way to treat a human being. He then alluded to being a "smart" know-it-all doctor, regardless of his age, which I never even questioned or took into account. It just suddenly came out. We never did broach upon the subject of how I resolved the podiatry issue myself. I felt like he just wanted to get rid of me and get on to the next hapless patient. Overall, Dr. Agtuca's behavior is terrible, and it may be due to how this facility tries to operate. On your initial appointment, they have each patient sign a form that goes into quite a bit of detail about how many "issues" you can bring up during a visit, and that you'll be charged extra if you want to discuss any more than a certain fixed amount. I could hardly believe my eyes when I read that. Needless to say, I feel that I was treated like a sub-human being, and discriminated against for being "old" in the eyes of this young, arrogant doctor. read more

Hailey, their PA is the absolute best she cares she is creative and she's kind. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say about this practice you can call for days on end and if they are receiving higher than normal, call volumes and you leave your call back number no one will call you back and I can attest to this unfortunately, for weeks on end. When I call the after hours number, trying to get creative myself reaching them, they told me to leave work in the middle of the day just to go down and make an appointment in person to then have to come back to get treated. They will not make an appointment for me, nor will they provide ulterior methods phone numbers emails PERIOD. This office is one of the worst offices I have ever been to, they do not care about patient well-being or being an overall good medical provider all they care about is billing and money. If this platform allowed for me to leave zero stars I would but unfortunately the bare minimum I can do is leave one. read more

Every time I call the wait time is extremely long just to reach an operator for an appointment. They are always booked out 1-2 weeks. Just didn't want to take any more patients at 8:20 pm because they close at 9. This is the second time I've gotten turned down from this place. My primary care physician is the best Dr. John Agtuca and his MA are both very professional, and very thorough, I couldn't be happier. But his front office staff, is horrible, (check all the dissatisfied clients),. Somehow the address of the office from my insurance was changed I'd already been in to see Dr Agtuga several times, no issue! Now all of a sudden, I have to call my health care provider! The provider told me the doctor's office had to call and make the request when I called Citrus Valley back after putting me on hold, they said I'll have to take care of it myself with my provider when I told her she wasn't being very helpful she said "what else can I do for you" in other words pound sand I want to hang up! I said " I want some help with this so I can get it resolved but if they can't fix it, I'll just change providers doctor's offices she said " do what you wish" and hung up ! Healthcare providers need to understand the only thing they have to offer is service and if their office staff is subpar, they're going to lose business there's just no reason to be anything but patient with people pursuing medical care. I experienced this with a pulmonary Dr. she was phenomenal Dr. Amy French, but her front office was horrendous she finally fired them all hired kind folks and sorted it out nicely! If you want someone in the front that doesn't care how they treat patients or talk to them then bravo for having Maritza at the front. Worst service ever, seems like Maritza either hates her job or just the patients. Either way it's always an unpleasant experience when having to deal with her.
